Big: Scrubbed Web Pages Resurface Naming Obama As Member of Expressly-Leftist "New Party"
We spent a month on Palin's nonexistent membership in the AIP.
Anyone think the MSM will follow-up here?
The New Party was a radical left organization, established in 1992, to amalgamate far left groups and push the United States into socialism by forcing the Democratic Party to the left. It was an attempt to regroup the forces on the left in a new strategy to take power, burrowing from within. The party only lasted until 1998, when its strategy of fusion failed to withstand a Supreme Court ruling, but after, but the membership, including Barack Obama, continued to move the Democrats leftward with spectacular success. More at Nice Deb. Actually not much more, but instead a nice tiny-bites digest.
Look, there has long been speculation that this asshole didn't meet Ayers in Chicago, but rather at Columbia, where both were when Obama was there. The suspicion is that Ayers is hardly "just a guy from a neighborhood," but rather a mentor who shaped his career -- including getting him a job as a community activist. Does this prove that? Not yet. We'll see. Bleg: Can someone -- multiple people, really -- start backing up the archive.org pages Politically Drunk found, before they are disappeared? No Quarter Has More; Pardon the lack of hat tip, I'm just scrambling to get this up. No Quarter has more. A reader calls it "pretty well sourced."

PDOP (http://politicallydrunk.blogspot.com) will publish second source of Obama Membership plus New Parties plans for infiltrating Democratic Party.

Really?!?!? They monitor FR? Well then surely they seen all the videos, posts, links, etc, that show Obama being an ardent socialist, why won’t he come out and tell the American public what Obama truly is? I want him to come out and say “Obama is a card carrying member of the ....”
McLame won’t want to have anything to do with this, too “divisive.”
Getting ACCURATE information through that clogged pipeline of hypocrisy and liberalism is difficult enough--spreading the truth about Hussein this close to election day is very difficult, and the LSM has the distribution tools we could use responsibly.
That being said, I hold ON to the hope that McCain is going with the theory that most people don't pay REAL close attention until the last week to ten days before the election. Maybe he is keeping his powder dry until then...a couple concerns I have are that he may be misjudging the electorate this time...but more troublesome is that Hussein may also be holding back a big news "attention grabber", like a Colin Powell endorsement or some such nonsense...not that it would matter TRULY, but it would soak up tons of time and tons of news coverage--effectively shutting McCain's message out.
We'll see.

Has this been sent to the McCain Palin campaign? Someone needs to deliver it to them personally.
One of the links in the article is this:
http://www.chicagodsa.org/ngarchive/ng42.html
At that link is this:
“Barack Obama, chief of staff for State Sen. Alice Palmer . . . .”
I have never heard that Obama was Chief of Staff for Palmer. Somebody should find out if that is true and if not, why his article described Obama in this way.
That is strange.
I know that Obama was her hand picked successor:
“African Americans have fought hard for these positions. His seniority is extremely important and we should not make light of it,” said former state Sen. Alice Palmer, a veteran leader of the state’s black independent political movement who had touted Obama as her successor when she gave up her seat in an unsuccessful bid for Congress.”

But I’ve never seen him listed as a chief of staff. Probably a mistake or it means something to these DSA types... who knows. I’ll see if I can find anything else.
Very interesting...
Palmer was huge into the New Party and the DSA
“In the next two elections in the city - the special election to fill Mel Reynolds congressional seat in November and a general election in April, 1996 - the New Party has taken a slightly different approach. It organized a citywide candidates forum and invited a number of progressive candidates. Of those responding, two were of special interest, Alice Palmer and Willie Delgado. Alice Palmer is an Illinois state senator and Willie Delgado is an activist with an anti-Machine coalition of Latinos led by State Senator Miguel Del Valle.
Both of these campaigns have strong local organizations that run as Democrats but are consistently opposed by the regular Democrats. Both are rooted in working-class communities with a large percentage of labor and left activists in their organizational structures. Alice Palmer especially has a long history with the African American left. Lou Pardo, a labor leader and New Party activist, is a strategist and organizer for Delgado.
Both Palmer and Delgado attended the forum and were thoroughly questioned by 70 or so New Party members. At the close, both publicly signed a “contract” with the New Party that was more
formal and detailed than the agreement with Chandler. Two weeks later, the New Party formally endorsed them and is now mobilizing support.”

I wish we had more time! This web of Chicago socialism is impressive :)
Obama would have had to undergo that same interrogation and contract signing to get the NP endorsement.
McCain and Sarah can't talk about this until the foundation on the story is down and solid. We're the first brick in the foundation, our friends in the conservative media are the second and we'll go from there...
Excellent!! Thanks for letting us know about Dr. Bennett!

Charlie Sykes 620WTMJ out of Milwaukee is going to speak about this this morning.
If you want to listen live right now he is speaking about William Ayres!

URSO!!!
Am I the first to coin it?? :)
hmmmm....does Sarah Palin have a website of HER own? Maybe THAT’S where this needs to be sent!
I’ve been working hard the past 24 hours to put out a nicely condensed, sourced e-mail with quotes from these socialist websites naming Obama as a member and attending these groups meetings. I have sent it out to dozens of radio hosts, drudge, conservative blogs, etc. And will keep doing so to help move this story.
No,not that I can tell. I’ve searched but it goes to McCain’s page.
