This is the latest Democratic talking point. Look out for it. They are going to try to portray Republicans as racist and violent.
It is this year's version of the ads used against Bush where they accused him of wanting to drag a person behind a truck.
I believe these people are either plants, or the incidents never occured (ie, the story is a fabrication.) The Secret Service is too efficient to allow that to go on at a campaign rally. Someone yelling something like that at a campaign rally would immediatly be descended upon by a dozen Secret Sercive agents.

This probably came from that Dana Milbank story in the Washington Compost, wherein he “heard” someone say “kill him” when William Ayers was mentioned in Palin’s speech. The seminar callers are probably dialed into that and trying to make it into something more (whether or not Milbank correctly “heard” it or not).
There exists audio of someone shouting “Terrorist” after McCain asks (rhetorically), “Who is the real Barack Obama?”
Another thread has a story of a Palin rally
where the crowd got “nasty” towards the media people there,
and “someone shouted “sit down, boy” at a “African American” soundman”.

I would assume that the words were directed at Ayers, not Obama.
And as a convicted terrorist, Ayers should have been given the chair a long time ago.
