Phil J. Berg files amended complaint in Berg v. Obama

Phil J. Berg filed an amended complaint today in Berg v. Obama. The amended complaint adds the Pennsylvania Department of State, the Secretary of the Commonwealth Pedro A. Cortes (in his official capacity), the U. S. Sentate Committee on Rules and Administration, and Senator Diane Feinstein (in her official capacity as chairman) for their failure to exercise due diligence with respect to Barack Obama's contitutional qualifications to be elected and serve as President of The United States, and for his inclusion on the ballot in Pennsylvania as a candidate for President of the United States.

The amended complaint also bolsters the standing argument and adds additional relevent facts.

Essentially, the argument is this:

* Senator Obama could put this whole issue to rest by providing an official "vault copy" birth certificate. * Senator Obama has chosen not to do so. * The defendants (other than Obama) have a responsibility to protect the integrity of the electoral system by properly vetting the qualifications of candidates, which they have failed to perform. * Mr. Berg, other Americans, and our system of government are damaged by this failure. * Senator Obama, who has collected $425,000,000 in campaign contributions, has perpetrated a fraud.

Following are some of the factual statements made in the amended complaint (The complete complaint is attached below):

36. Obama is a representative of the Democratic People. However, Obama must meet the Qualifications specified for the United States Office of the President, which he must be a “natural born” citizen. Additionally, Obama must be at least a “naturalized” citizen to hold his Office of U.S. Senator for Illinois. Unfortunately, Obama is not a “natural born” citizen, nor is he a “naturalized” citizen. Just to name one of the problems, Obama lost U.S. citizenship when .. mother married Indonesian citizen..

About a month ago someone here posted that the records of birth at the hospital in Hawaii that the Obamanation was suppose to be born in only listed two births for the day in question - both were girls as I recall. that seems to be an angle that needs more work by anyone near the scene of the crime.

I’m at a point now where I would definitely applaud Hillary taking over the reins for Obama - even AFTER the election should he win. Even as much as I HATE the Clintons, and don’t trust them — I trust them WAY more than I trust Obama and his “handlers” (and that’s saying a LOT).

OK so a minor child loses their citizenship. Can they reclaim it at 18 or something? Not defending just trying to cover the angles.

The best way to do that is to prove Hawaii doesn't have a Hawaiian birth certificate for Obama, that's why he is in court.

An even better way would be to provide solid evidence from a foreign country that Obama was born there. How's he doing in that regard?

Yes they can and they have a certain process they have to go through at the age of majority (18) in front of a state department official.

I am with you. I can hardly recognize the world sometimes. It is like that SciFi channel show where the guy travels between universes and everything is almost the same but different. I also am one who is losing sleep and I cannot put my finger on it. it is like being back in Nam and listening to your little voice that the attack is coming but you do not know from where or exactly when so you try to sleep with all weapons ready but never achieve satisfaction. Really odd feeling.

I hear Kenya and Indonesia are covering for Obama and refusing as well to produce documents.

Why would it be Soetoro when he didn't come into the picture until long after Obama was born?

I agree that since Soetero apparently didn't come along until much later, the original, legal, long form BC almost certainly does not have Soetero on it, but there may well have been a Soetero version of this COLB, in support of adoption, acceptance through marriage, or whatever the Indonesian version of that would have been, contemporaneously.

Someone in Hawaiian government with access to COLB certificates and even a hand stamp might well have "seen their way clear" be helpful to Barry, apparently without doing anything "illegal" by putting together an Obama COLB, perhaps with referenced to a Soetero COLB in lieu of reference to the legal original, and in the process, changing or back-forming what was thought to be a seemingly inconsequential fact or two, e.g., "African" (sure sounds more PC than "Arab", doesn't it?).

The prospect of $422 million to spend, ascension to Messiahship and POTUS can be a very potent stimulant.

Its also possible that some countries like Indonesia and Kenya didn’t keep very good records back in the early 60’s. When did Kenya become a country? Quite often in countries like these, important records like birth certificates, certificates of marriage and or divorce are lost to wars, fires and other acts of nature.

Aw, shoot! Don’t get me wrong... I didn’t mean to imply that I would VOTE for Hillary! LOL Just that IF Obama wins (which I don’t think he will honestly) I would be VERY happy if Hillary was somehow able to takeover.

I am FIRMLY behind McCain in this election, and even moreso I am a HUGE fan of Palin!

The reason Obama’s Hawaiian birth also becomes a factor in this argument is because even if he WAS born in Hawaii - according to the laws on the books at that time - there are questions on whether Ann Stanley’s age and length of residency in Hawaii itself may have made Obama ineligible for automatic citizenship.

What part of the 14th Amendment don't you understand? "All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside." Period. No age requirements of parents, nothing like that. And I'm reasonably sure that the 14th Amendment was on the books when Obama was born.

If Obama was born in Hawaii then he is a natural born U.S. citizen.

As Barry has admitted to falsifying his bar exam application and now we see strong if not incontrovertible evidence that his publicly-submitted BC was a fake, one surely doesn't have to be unusually gullible to see that 0bambi's experienced at deceit through documents.

Why the @#&$%&! does anyone get a "do over" with the voting populace in such a situation, irrespective of any court adjudication of where he was born or whether he's is a naturally-born US citizen?!?!

Like I said in my post — I know this particular part of the arguments floating around were somewhat debunked.

What you are FAILING to realize is that DESPITE the 14th Amendment, the laws on the books PERTAINING TO HAWAIIAN BIRTHS at the time stated that the U.S. Citizen parent had to maintain RESIDENCY within the US for 5 years AFTER attaining the age of 18. It has NOTHING to do with the 14th Amendment.
