Thank you very much for the nice words :) I am just stating the facts.
;)
I regret to say I am not as confident as you . Academia , Hollywood and the MSM have succeeded in brainwashing a sustantial portion of the populace . I am even seeing it amongst friends of mine back home who I thought would NEVER vote for a Dem , but are voting for Obama .
Make up your mind, last week McCain was gonna lose it.
Sorry jveritas, no matter who wins we lose.
Agree 100%.
I have been telling friends that McCain will win in a landslide. They are so pessimistic that I have a dinner at Churchill Downs riding on it. I know of no one who is going to vote O.
I am neither up or down, just realizing that it will be a long haul. Continue to talk positively of our candidates to your friends and remember to shed doubts on Obama's past and present. I love reading positive stories, but let's not think we are close to finishing ahead.
Welcome back! Glad to see you’ve come back around!
We will win because the defeatists, chicken littles and McCain-haters are in the minority. We will accept nothing less than victory!
We would not be worried if McCain was not picked.
We need to fight for our Senate and Congress where it is deserved. We need more than anything a cadre of principled men and women who lead and don’t respond to hysteria. We’ve had enough of the Bush compassionate conservatism, we’ve had enough of the spending, we’ve had enough of the compromise. Let’s make sure our candidates are funded into the home stretch they may not win but we can say they fought the good fight.
Not much to cheer about if you are a conservative. The choices are a liberal republican or a communist.
...unless we actually lose. Then everything said is just bumpkus.
-—Howard Wolfson, who was never afraid to ruffle feathers when serving as spokesman for Sen. Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign, is again prepared to boldly go where few men have gone before.
He says the U.S. presidential race is over, and Sen. Barack Obama will win. Period, no qualifying clauses. “The world is a different place” because of the crisis in the financial sector, he argues, and the resulting public anxiety has closed whatever opening Sen. John McCain once had.— WSJ, 10-6-08
I hope you’re correct and not wolfson.
Thank you for this breath of fresh air! I am so tired of
defeatism!
I’ll be glad when it’s over.
I don’t have nearly as much faith in the outcome as you.
we know the MSM is trying to manipulate us. we don’t have to fall for it
Bump!
