Cheer Up Freepers, We Are Going To Win
October 6 2008 | jveritas

Posted on 10/06/2008 6:22:10 PM PDT by jveritas

Dear Freepers

We are going to win the Presidency this November. Do not be fooled by the biased media polls because they have done the same thing in 2004 and 2000 but neither Gore nor Kerry became Presidents.

We are going to win because at the end a defeatist, a socialist, and a left wing liberal like Barack Obama will not be elected President.

We are going to win because at the end Barack Obama who voted to cut the funding for our brave troops in the battlefield, who voted against the surge, who voted against victory, and who voted for defeat will not be elected President.

We are going to win because Barack Obama who believes in socialism, who wants to raise our taxes and who wants to spend heavily on welfare programs will not be elected President.

We are going to win because Barack Obama who spent 20 years in a church of hate, racism, and anti-Americanism under his friend and mentor Jeremiah Wright and who launched his political carrier in the living room of terrorist William Ayres will not be elected President.

We are going to win because our candidate John McCain is an American hero who believes in strong defense, in crushing our terrorist enemies, in lowering our taxes, in cutting welfare and wasteful spending, in the right to life for the unborn, in constructionist judges, and believes in the greatness of and the uniqueness of our beloved America.

We are going to win and McCain will be elected President.

God bless America. God bless John McCain and Sarah Palin. God bless our brave troops.

There is only reason I can see why folks on this board is depressed...POLLS.

That is the sorriest excuse I can think of to be depressed. Pollsters can manipulate these results so easy it’s almost child play.

Just look to past and you can see they more wrong than they are right, I don’t even trust them when show McCain in the lead. Their first mission is to dishearten Republican’s and Conservatives, they will do this until the last minute and when an undisputed winner is evident to everyone, they will show ‘polls’ that are more realistic. The object for their switch is to keep their ‘accuracy’ and ‘credibility’ until the next election and the they will start all over again.

Look to the past record of these pollsters and how they operate and STOP BEING DEPRESSED.

Hillary was the nominee she would have a better chance of winning then Obama

Any race that Hillary! is in, will be close. She's too good a political operator to let it get completely away from her.

Obama will either win by 10, or lose by 10.

I am sure this has Obama and the dem power structure worried --If it occurs I hope it also helps the GOP retake at least the house

No one is perfect. Agreed. However my days of voting for the lesser of 2 evils is over, Bush took care of that.

And the SCOTUS would look how if Kerry had won and our military status in Iraq would be ?

1. Most legal immigrants, who value their citizenship and the legal way to get it.

2. Voting fraud being actively pursued.

3. Asians.

4. All the Christian and conservative college kids.

5. Christians.

6. Some hispanics

7. Appalled and responsible Democrats

8. Log Cabins

9. The environmentally sane.

10. Plenty of Jews.

And a higher percentage of our base - we got this thing sewn up!!

This time the bias in the polls has reached insane levels that we have not seen before.

"He should have voted ‘No’. Thats what the public wanted, he ‘would’ have won because of that vote."

That is exactly what I thought. I thought he betrayed the people who value freedom over wealth. But when you look at how this was orchestrated by Obama's world donors and his commie friends in the Congress (yes I believe that they are that low), you can see the trap. If he had said 'no' and the economic situation would have just gotten worse, as it has, he would have been guaranteed to lose the election.

It's even more important now that we don't give up. Not only will we be working to pay off the debt for a decade, but if commie obammie and his minions are free to orchestrate some more really "great ideas" and elect biased judges, we will sink lower and lower into the fun and exciting new world of socialist fascism.

I was so P*ssed after the bailout passed that is has taken me almost a week to come around, grudgingly, to even thinking about voting at all. I especially didn't like that little smirky comment from McCain after the bill passed. When he was asked to comment to the people who wanted him to vote no.... he smiled that cheesy little smile and just said, "life is not fair."

I hope Sarah slaps him in the face for that one, or maybe Cindy...then I might be back to my old self again. :)

Whatever makes you happy. I stand by my statement. It isn't, however, very smart to vote for the standard bearer of a hostile tribe. What do you think Black Liberation Theology is all about?

Thanks, Joseph!

A couple of interesting things:

First, my hubby was in a customer’s home not too long ago, and she somehow dragged him into a conversation about politics. (He is not one to bring it up.) Anyway, she said that she had liked Hillary, but would NEVER vote for a black man. She asked him if he would, and he said, “Sure. A solid conservative black man, absolutely. But not THIS man.” She couldn’t believe that he would entertain voting for a black man.

Second, my grandparents are solid democrats—wouldn’t ever think of voting otherwise. My dad was talking to them the other night, and they admitted they didn’t think they could vote for Obama. In fact, I doubt very much that they will.

I imagine this is playing out all over the country. I am highly suspicious of these poll numbers.

Hey I held my nose and voted for Bush I am not discounting what he did in Iraq(although I consider it a PC war when we should have gone in and kicked ass from the get go). That being said, what the hell good is it to go to war and not make any attempt to control our own borders? As far as the SCOTUS goes I have no idea what it would look like but if you think McCain is gonna do us any favors there I believe you are mistaken.

Hi Shelayne

Your stories are occurring all over the country and millions of white democrats will simple not vote for Obama under any circumstance. That is why these shockingly biased polls are such a joke because they are totally detached from the reality that you described in your post.

You are 100% correct, jver. But we've got to work our tails off for the next 30 days. We've got to work like we're 1% behind, no matter what the polls say.

Eyes on the prize. Pull together and go for it!

The choices are a liberal republican or a communist.

Then vote for Sarah Palin. That's what I'm doing.

If McCain loses, Sarah goes back to Alaska and that may be the last we see of her on the national scene.
