The man suing Sen. Barack Obama and the Democratic National Committee for proof of Obama's American citizenship is outraged that his own party – rather than just providing the birth certificate he seeks – would step in to silence him by filing a motion to dismiss his lawsuit.
As WND reported, prominent Pennsylvania Democrat and attorney Philip J. Berg filed suit in U.S. District Court two months ago claiming Obama is not a natural-born U.S. citizen and therefore not eligible to be elected president. Berg has since challenged Obama publicly that if the candidate will simply produce authorized proof of citizenship, he'll drop the suit.
Berg told WND the longer the DNC tries to ignore his lawsuit or make it go away – instead of just providing the documents – the more convinced he is that his accusations are correct.

And isn't that the worst part of this whole thing? They accused Bush of causing a Constitutional crisis, I had argument after shouting match with people who couldn't explain for me how this could be when he didn't have any hand in those in FL being so inept at properly casting a ballot, nor in Gore demanding umpteen recounts. But here, this could be rendered moot, no more problem, no precedent, no crisis whatever -- all 0bama needs to do is provide the court with proper documentation to show that indeed, he fulfills the Constitutional requirements to stand for election as president. What's the big deal, what is it so hard, why the stonewall??

I don’t get why this would be a problem, assuming that Obama has a legal birth certificate. This could so easily be nipped in the bud by him releasing his birth certificate long ago, assuming that he has one.
Maybe this is an incorrect assumption, but, don’t candidates running for office have to produce identification when they file papers to run for office?
The way Obama’s campaign is treating this, you would think that where there’s smoke, there’s fire. If all they have to do to resolve it is produce an actual legal birth certificate, that would be such a routine procedure that it would have been done.
Can you imagine if this story ever hits the MSM, how hard it will be to explain, if the basic qualifications to run for president are questionable for one of our two major party candidates??????
did you go to the site to read the doc? The only thing i see wrong with it is that it isn’t dated. It says “September ____, 2008.” if it’s authentic, it certainly belongs in “Breaking News.” The other problem is that the citation says it’s from Little Green Footballs but there’s no mention of it there.
That is what I have been telling people. I am from California and my birth certificate looks more consistent with yours.

Keating 5 is such old news and McCain was cleared on that.
The Electoral College will not declare McCain President, if Obama is not a citizen. The Democrat electors will vote for a Democrat. In any state carried by Obama, the electors are faithful party workers. They would never vote for McCain if Obama were ineligible. If that happened, they would vote for another Democrat instead.
We may get a constitutional history lesson if this lawsuit results in Obama being ineligible.
I understand that Philip Berg prepared that document for the judge to sign, and the judge has not signed it yet. So apparently the judge is still considering.

That document that wasn’t dated is something attorneys do, I am a paralegal and type them all of the time, you type the order so if you win your motion the Court just certifies and signs it. Its kind of like helping the court out. It was NOT a DENIAL you saw, it has not been ruled on yet is what my understanding is.
If he takes the Oath of Office and is found to have been elected illegally I am not really sure if he is automatically removed or whether he would need to be impeached and convicted by the Senate to be removed from office. Either way, Biden would then become President.
He was partially aborted in Kenya or Indonesia, and then born in Hawaii?

proably Hillary wanted and could have outed Obama HSEIN and his Kenyan birth earlier, but Obama Hussein may have been threatening her with gotcha information of his own and she couldn’t afford to take the bad publicity, better to wait for 2012 when the stars would be better aligned!:-)

Not only was he cleared, 4 of the 5 were Dems. It will be messy.
If Obama 'fails to qualify' then he's not going to be a figurehead, he's going back to the Senate (at least at first). Joe Biden will be President, for all intents and purposes.
It's not like Obama would qualify at a later time. There'd be no reason for Biden, who's wanted to be President for decades, to play puppet for a former rival who will go from Messiah to pariah in a single news cycle. If Obama is caught intentionally falsifying paperwork to become president, a large chunk of Democrats will turn on him, as well as all independents and Republicans.
There's about 20% of the electorate which would be happy if Obama made diapers out of the Constitution, and filled them while he was inaugurated. They'll scream bloody murder if a Constitutional challenge is raised, regardless of how fair or legal it is.
His mother was 17 at the time which means that Obama would not have automatically received citizenship with a Kenyan father.
Where, oh where are the Bernsteins and Woodwards of the 21st century?
I know that this concerns a man on the left side of the political specter, but isn't there fame and fortune awaiting any journalist who can unravel this scandal?
Or are they so afraid that their peers will never again speak to them for having killed off the chances of the “One We Are Waiting For”?
