Bill's primary goal was to get Frank's to ADMIT that he was culpable for a huge share in this mess! Frank, the cowardly, spittle spewing, mental midget, couldn't find even enough integrity to accept SOME of the blame. Bill was hammering him on this one point, knowing, I'm sure, it was futile, to bring up other points, if Bawney didn't have enough character to accept at least some of the blame. Franks would have blamed the Bushs’ little dog if O’Reilly had let him get away with it!

Bill wanted Frank to KNOW that he, and the rest of the country, hold him (Frank) responsible AND we have evidence to PROVE it!

That’s the problem w/ Bill O’Reilly. He’s a populist. He takes down Barney Frank tonight and everybody here loves him. Then tomorrow he’ll slander McCain and praise Obama. O’Reilly is a fraud. He’s not worth watching. He does everything he does for the ratings. Not to better our country or America...he does it for himself only.

I know he plays middle of the road so it appears he’s the only one that’s looking out for the folks. And I think that’s why he had Barney on there because the backlash from the folks wanting Barney to be “spanked” was so great and only BOR could do that.

And I also know this was a publicity stunt to bring back his viewers that he upset after he bashed conservative radio for opposing the bail out but still.......... Seeing Barney Frank worked up into a sweat and flubbing around on national TV trying to defend his past was worth giving BOR his ratings for the night.

I liked the fact that in DC, senators and congressmen are treated like gods. Their staffs, their peers, their waiters and barbers, their doormen and secretaries all kiss their rings, fawn over them and lay their cloaks over rain puddles for them.

Then comes O'Reilly swarming all over the hapless tin god, outscreaming him, treating him with no deference at all and actually calling for him to step down from his committee rank.

Spot on. Thanks for the awesome video. Don't have cable or sat. The best part was when Bill told Frank that he presided over the greatest federal financial collapse in history when Freddie n Fannae lost 90 % of their value. And then Bill also noted that if this had happened in the public sector (ie - the real world) Barney would have been kicked out on the streets. Awesome stuff. Hey Barney, its time to pay the piper.
