Yes, but so far there is no information to suggest that Biden’s son was involved in the case. The SEC filing was quietly submitted the day before Joe Biden was announced as Obama’s running mate - when Hillary was still a longshot for running mate.

Why was the suit filed in Delaware? Is that where the company is located?

HAL you and I have been around this place for a very long time. I don't think I've ever told you, but in my opinion you are one of the best posters on the board.
You dig up stuff that no one, and I do mean no one else, finds.
This is a GREAT post.
Now someone needs to forward it to the relevant US Attorney because to my admittedly untrained eye it looks like some financial fraud was perpetrated here.

Many major corporations are incorporated in Delaware, but located in a different state. Delaware is used because of their case law history. InfoGROUP is headquartered in Omaha, NE.

Thanks. The former CEO of the company, Vinod Gupta, may have some exposure, but I think it would be settled as a civil matter. He has agreed to repay millions to the company.

Thanks. This kind of stuff is Greek to me. I saw Delaware, and a flag went up.

The Clintons knew that they were misusing corporate resources at the expense of the shareholders on their flights to Switzerland, Acapulco, Bill's cruises on the company's megayacht with the all-female crew, etc. If relatives of Clinton were provided free trips isn't there an income tax exposure? There is a concept of "constructive receipt" meaning if you received the equivalent of income you're required to report it. Also the company may be required to issue a 1099.
Someone should tip off IRS.

How much money you think Clinton is taking out of the global AIDS initiative, tsunami relief and his speaking engagements?
When the speaking engagements dry up, that’s how you will know he is in trouble.

Guess it was Pres. Clinton’s turn to be thrown under the bus.
Thanks for the ping, Meek!
