Having seen the DemoRats try to bury funding for ACORN and other liberal organizations in the Wall Street bailout along with trying to load it up with pork you have to wonder what's buried in the $25 billion auto bailout? I haven't seen the language but I'll bet there is a lot of stuff in there that would be very unpalatable if it ever saw the light of day. The MSM won't cover it because the stuff that is probably laden with helps DemoRats. They might have put money in for community activists in this bill as well.
Probably free cars for life for low-income people.
Here’s a pretty good summary, but details are still sketchy.

A ‘58 Edsel...
Just think how much taxpayer money could be saved if we just dumped the stupid CAFE rules ...
It’s as if you aren’t smart enough to know that a car that gets 4 mpg and a gas price that is $4 a gallon may not work for you.
I guess if you are still trying to figure how gas got so expensive, then maybe the above analysis doesn’t work for you.
You mean I get to stop paying my car loan too? This bailout is the gift that keeps on giving. /s
and free gas too!!!!!
Well, now that you ask, my suspicious mind wonders how much of this will go the UAW to pay for workers who never work, and to fund their generous kickbacks (AKA campaign contributions) to their Democrat donors.
In looking for the legislation I found that it was in the same bill that dealt with Bear Sterns earlier this year but it left out the funding per http://ap.google.com/article/ALeqM5gJnOskE3GnUiA9uKVSxCFwSZuRIwD9381UMG2 I don’t know the names of the appropriate legislation to use Thomas or other sources to find it. Any ideas?
The article that it’s linked to doesn’t provide any new info.
Reid prohibiting OilShale exploration in Nevada?
ACORN
Can someone find this bill please?
