Lincoln did very well in the debates against Douglas and got his Pro-Freedom message out, but I have to agree with you on some points. Debates don't decide who's right. But the right leader HAS to be good at debating for the voters’ collective confidence.
Obama is getting owned because of his comments to sit and talk to the antisemitism of Iran.

The President of Iran is not the most powerful man in Iran?!?!?! Is Barry making reference to the religious wackos?!?!?! Oh boy....meet with THEM??!
Meet with them? They exchange Ramadan cards.

My wife was asking about that lapel pin, and her comment was the same as yours: “That CAN’T be an American flag!”

I’m in a similar situation. I’m seeing a lot of “McCain is whupping him” sentiments here. At least enough to make me hopeful.
If McCain wins this thing tonight, he could wrap up the whole election.
Please God.

Obambi, you lying POS! The issue (as raised back in the Democrat debates) was about whether OBAMA as President of the USA would meet directly with his head-of-state counterparts such as Ahmawhackoff, Kim Jong-Il, Castro (either one), etc.
Obambi keeps trying to spew vaporous clouds to obscure the difference between having diplomatic contacts at lower levels and having the heads of state meeting in one-on-one “summit” meetings.
It is Obama who is lying, lying, lying about this issue.
[or else he simply does not grasp the basic distinction between various levels of diplomatic contacts on specific issues vs. having the POTUS go into head-of-state “summit” meetings]

I turned it on late so can’t comment on the beginning. I came in while Iraq was being discussed. McCain looks/sounds presidential. Obama looks/sounds like someone who doesn’t have a clue about these matters.
To: RightWingNY
Turn it on you will laugh. It is a big joke. McCain is clearly the President. Hillary would have at least made a little competition.

McCain started a little slow, but for the last hour, he has been doing excellent. He is showing he is far more knowledgeable and far more Presidential than Obambi.

Please know I am just a very scared conservative, who truly prayed for the Obamanation to totally screw this debate up, so that all, even the deluded libs, could see what a total phony he is.
I am worried that only we conservatives can see through the empty suit. The big O is doing better than I hoped. I am weeping, but still praying that he says something totally dumb before this ends.

Thank God I’m not the only one!
I agree on wrapping things up. I have to say, I’d enjoy a landslide election once in a while.
Republican, of course.

That's right -- the audience question was would you meet in your first year without preconditions, and arrogant Barry answered "Yes, I would." without a pause.
