At the next debate (Economy) Obama will most probably bring up the multitasking talking point, which to me is a not so veiled attempt to make an issue of McCain’s age or mental dexterity.
I think McCain should reply with something along the lines of:
as a naval aviator I was trusted with landing a multimillion dollar aircraft on a pitching carrier deck at night. The last thing I need from Senator Obama is a lecture on how to multitask.
Checkmate?

McCain would be too humble for that...at least outwardly.
He’s fond of self deprecating humor and talking about how he crashed that plane the Gubmint entrusted to him. That’s how he ended up in the Hanoi Hilton.
Of course, Obama is too whimpy to even try to fly a plane over enemy territory.

AOL poll. That surprises me as they usually lean left on most things I have seen. Good sign I hope.

"I think the polls are lies."You are correct. I just got a call from a computer asking if you were to vote today, who would you vote for? Press 1 for Obama, 2 for McCain, 3 for Undicided. I didn't do anything for a minute so it asked over again. I decided I wanted to screw up their polling so I pressed 1 for Obama. I want them to be surprised as heck when McCain wins this big time.

Which man left the most frustrated? Which side the most Frustrated? That would be me.
McCain didn't correct the lies about Fannie Mae, etc., for one.

Why do you push for complacent optimism for McCain, downplaying how well Obama's performance plays with undecideds? Are you trying to discourage McCain supporters from continuing to fight hard, figuring they can just coast?
Seems that way.
Why are you so enthused about an Obama win? It will do such damage to this country.

I think you posted to the WRONG person. I’ve been Obama bashing since my first post last night. If you made an honest mistake, fine. If it was not inadvertent, shame on you!

You think I am powerful enough to persuade people to fight or not to fight for John McCain? I’m just a poster here, a NPA. If you do think I am so persuasive, gee, thanks for the hugh compliment.

Sounds good to me!
Hopefully they’ll get this message out in time to insert this into one of the 2 remaining debates.

Sorry I never got to read your comment until tonight (Saturday). I started going through the whole thread last night, and my power went out about midnight. I think it was around 2 or so that it finally came back on. I’ve spent most of the day reading through all the comments and just now found yours. I just didn’t want you to think I had ignored you.

I’ve been worried ever since McCain became the candidate.
Let's see, he wants to appoint democrats to his cabinet, wants to appoint left-wing liberal democrat Andrew Cuomo as head of the SEC, has a liberal, Lieberman, instead of a conservative speak at his convention.

I managed to watch 0bama, but I found it very hard to watch him as well. He comes across as very condescending and narcistic. He sounds like he is just spouting marxist and socialist propaganda to me, wanting everyone to bow down to him and pay homage. I believe he is a psociopathic liar, that actually believes the lies he tells, and can't understand why there are people out there that don't see him as the ruler of the world. His attitude just turns me off!
To: Spunky
May have tuned in to the re-run after that segment but your description of what preceded it refreshed my memory. At the time I was so fixated by the BS Obama was spewing about how he brought up legislation years ago that when McCain echoed doing the same it didn't have the same impact.
I found it peculiar that Obama would introduce legislation against Fannie Mae who amply filled his pockets almost as much as they did Dodd and Kerry...another point I wish McCain had made.
To: Jenny217
Good video for the liberals, democrats, and undecideds to watch. Maybe someone should post this on DU and some of the liberal and democratic blogs. I think it would appeal to the younger crowd of them and maybe make some of them realize just how the democrats have pandered to them for years.

So? How did Johnny do? I haven’t watched the debate yet.
