Must be nice to have really noble ideals you never have to live up to.
Why is it that so-many self-proclaimed “smart” people wind up doing so many “dumb” things? (Cross-reference to basically anything ever said by Joe Biden.)
How many of us are on-air "talent" for supposedly-objective TV news organizations?
Sorry... myth... I watched him many times over the years... he gushed love on dims and spewed hatred on Republicans. He was a leftist to the core.

How about (potato) chip off the old block?
Isn’t nepotism great?
Not too smart starting one’s career in a dying industry.
faux appology.
“Out of the mouths of young, untrained reporters come the unspoken beliefs of the liberal media.”
This is true not just of the media but the libs in general. For all their talk of being tolerant and inclusive they are surprisingly self-righteous and convinced of their moral superiority against all empirical evidence.
Which explains the ease with which they treat opponents with such contempt. Being inherently superior they feel entitled to sneer at the lesser lights.
“Out of the abundance of the heart doth the mouth speak.”

And since hatred and bigotry is a resume enhancer for journalists, he will do even better now.
I for one have never met nor heard (for 40 years) of a child of a conservative running around talking about how much they hate Democrats. Nor did I teach my children to hate, unlike the left.
Smart Asses vote for Obama.
(At least that has been my experience in talking to some Obama voters)
So how long...or short....before he moderates Meet the Press now????
I'd be willing to cut him slack if it weren't for his mealy-mouthed 'explanation' of what he really meant to say.
In the article, he says that he meant to say that many of the kids who go to UVA are from "affluent, highly educated households" (i.e. their parents are smart). He continues on that, these smart parents lean toward Obama. And then, since the smart parents do, their smart kids tend to lean to him as well.
While he does toss in the obligatory reference to smart kids attending other schools, all he's really saying in his explanation is what he said originally -- smart people are for Obama.
The only lesson he learned here is that you've got to be careful how you say things or those mindless drones might get upset.
Just another dumb lefty supporting the Communist Party’s candidate.
You are in the media, we expect dumb things from you.
Peter Doocy is also using his father's position.
It's equally wrong.
It's equally wrong.
I wouldn't say that it's necessarily equally wrong. A lot depends on the talents of the respective sons.
While dad may get the door opened, it's up to the son to either deliver or not. If a non-talent is kept on because of his father's position, that's clearly wrong. If the son does well, though, I can't fault him (or his dad) for the dad having gotten him started.
“Peter Doocy is also using his father’s position. It’s equally wrong.”
So you are one of these people who when a lib is criticized you have to point to a Repub that does the same thing? Ever see a RAT do that? I haven’t.
