Yeah, Obama will bite.
He’ll bite his lip in confusion.

McCain just he admitted he cant do two things at once. If Zerobama's crowd claims this, then respond that some things are too important to try to handle two at once. I don't want a surgeon checking his Blackberry in the middle of open heart surgery. Or doesn't the extremely junior senator from Illinois think the current financial crisis is important?

Why would the messiah need McCain to hold his hand?

See if you can find my posts at DU (just a hint: I'm not registered there nor do I plan to). I can read the same stuff you're posting here in any number of posts on DU. In fact, I do, regularly - I'm registered there, and I routinely post crap that drives those Commies nuts. Perhaps you've read some of my work. :)

My hope is that Obama doesnt let McCain get away with promoting the Paulson handout plan. He needs to make McCain feel the pain, just as conservatives held McCains feet to the fire over Bushs equally wrongheaded amnesty bill. We already know that McCain did not listen to conservatives on the amnesty plan. The question is whether McCain is willing to sacrifice his bid for the presidency - in the face of Obamas attacks - in order to fund an economy-destroying handout to Wall Street. The Paulson handout plan needs to be buried in the ash heap of history.
Who the hell are you and what the hell are you talking about?

Somehow I cant believe that Obamas team made the first move. LOL! According to yesterday's NYT blog,
He side-stepped two questions about whether he would vote against bailout legislation that did not include his priorities, and he also did not commit to returning to Washington to go on record and cast a vote on a final package. If we get consensus and everybody is popping champagne, then Ill probably go back to campaign with folks who are having a tough time in Ohio and Michigan, Mr. Obama said. If this ends up being a close vote or a vote where the outcome is at all in question, then obviously this is a top priority.
Obama's campaign realizes that McCain has landed a haymaker, and now they're just trying to stay on their feet.

CNN said the President’s statement read that he welcomes McCain’s participation.

Obama is not going to go the debate and act like a bridezilla when he's stood up.
Is he?

No doubt Rove advised this. The McCain momentum is slipping and this is a calculated time out.Carlroveitis....A mental illness only affecting liberal democrats....Similar to paranoia.

That argument doesnt fly everybody knows that its routine for Senators and Congresscritters to go on the campaign trail (if only for reelection) while continuing to do their jobs. You must have your head planted firmly in the sand. Our present economic situation can hardly be described as routine. Geesh!

I love it. Whenever the momentum of the campaign swings against him, McCain audibles a deep pass to turn things around.

I think you are 180 degrees off the target.
McCain expects to win.
And I expect it to be a landslide. Too many people are learning about the REAL Obamanation.

Waaaaah... No choice, move the debate to a different time.

McCain needs to point out the Biden gave a major FOREIGN POLICY speech today and that Obama wants to debate about FOREIGN POLICY this week while our economy is in its worst shape since 1979.
O-Dumbo is probably afraid he'll forget all of the answers that he's memorized if the debate is moved.

Obama just said the debate is ON...does that mean he’ll be standing on stage alone?
