Everyone in the press -- myself included -- is whining about the inability to interview Gov. Sarah Palin. Or, at least shout-out a question or two to Sen. John McCain's choice for vice president.
Although considering the speed of light in which a gaffe can travel in this campaign season, her decision to steer clear of reporters may be a very wise one.
Reason enough to contact my fellow journalists to help me compile a Top Ten List of "I can't believe he/she just said that" reasons why Sarah Palin doesn't want to take questions from us:

Well, if it were me, it would be because I would have real trouble not using the “f” word when speaking to these creeps. I’m not generally a vulgar or violent person, but the drones in the freak leftwing media really bring out the worst in me.

My stance? I'll complain about Sarah's non-availability when Obama starts answering questions on Bill Ayers and the Chicago Annenberg Project. Fair enough?
Reason number six: “It is an act of Treason to have criminal communications with the enemies of the United States of America.”
If a Democrat like Biden says something stupid, most Americans don't hear about it. If they hear about it, the media shrugs and says something like, "He's tired from all the travel".
If a Republican mis-spells "potato", he is disqualified from holding office. The media tries to end his career, and he becomes a laughing stock due to the endless chatter about the gaffe.
Republicans are wise to steer clear of the media, as much as possible. It's like walking up to a mugger in a dark alley. Smart people don't do that.

She is not letting the media ask questions because she knows anything she says will be trumped up and taken out of context by the media and reproduced into something vile and harmful to her campaign. It has gotten to the point that she could say something like....”I support Iran’s ability to provide energy for its citizens, but I do not support their development of nuclear weapons.” And headlines would read PALIN SUPPORTS IRANS DEVELOPMENT OF NUCLEAR WEAPONS! It is absolutely ridiculous now. Does the mainstream media have no pride, no professionalism?

The press need no further interviews - they have investigative sources scrounging all over Alaska getting their ‘nooz’ to feed a voracious democratic throng - and if they can’t find anything new they create lies.
Gibson and Hannity have both interviewed Palin - Greta interviewed her husband - she has had her whole family - including a newborn boy with Down Syndrome shredded by the ‘noozcasters’.....
She doesn’t owe them one line of print. They wouldn’t get it right anyway!
