I’ll bet he threw his hard drive in a lake.
This will give the Left something to whine about.

He will stand a better chance of getting convicted in Chattanooga than in Memphis. I wouldn't count this one out yet. Tenn. has Republican federal prosecutors.
To: ladyvet
His name is Kernell, when he resets Gov. Palins password, what does he use
“popcorn”
Oh the humanity of it all.

Isn’t this search warrant a little late. I mean his hard drive could easily be at the bottom of some lake in Tennessee by now.

Where did you hear that the Kernell boy has been expelled?
Just asking.
To: garyhope
Isn’t it little more than sticking a couple of speaker magnets on the hard drive?

The kid’s name is pronounced Ker Nell, not kernel!

Ohhhh, I dunno boyos.
He may be a smart hacker, but that don’t mean he dat smart.
Probably thought he NEVER would be caught. Can’t wait for the “perp walk”.
Messing with the local cops is one thing...against the Feds/Secrete Service is another kettle of fish. Don’t think the local can help much now.

Perp walk his old man too. No telling where the kid got the computer, access to it, and the attitude that says it's OK to steal from Republicans, but I'd bet he got it at home.

This kid does not strick me as being very intelligent. He has left transaction logs all over the Internet that can be traced back to him. He will go to prison.

Great point.
This could be this election’s Dan Rather meltdown for the Left.
