If you put him in combat he will only be a liability to real soldiers.
Make him serve his full enlistment assigned to the most unpleasant, but non-mission critical, tasks.

Bring him back and then do deploy him to Afghanistan. Maybe then he will find out what all that NCO “bullying” was all about...to keep his sorry back side alive when facing the enemy.

He joins to document “bullying” and claims he witnessed it but didn’t film it. What a failure.

Isn’t there a post to be walked in the Falklands with his name on it? How long is a British Army hitch?

Certainly bring him back for his 4 years. He should deploy as any other soldier based on where he is needed. But certainly they should make him serve his entire 4 years. That will put an end to such tricks.

Send him to Afghanistan but give him permanent Loo detail, especially the detail of burning the 100-liter petrol drums full of crap.

Transfer him to the Royal Engineers, where he could be used to clear primary hasty lanes (through minefields and the like).
