Deploy the SOB.
Certainly bring him back for his 4 years. He should deploy as any other soldier based on where he is needed. But certainly they should make him serve his entire 4 years. That will put an end to such tricks.
No way! He would just endanger every soldier in his unit. Punish his ass to the full extent of the law AFTER he serves his 4 year stint in the crappiest non combat roll available.
Oh and garnish his wages to pay back every penny for all of his training!
Would you want him deployed with you or your kid?
I would think that he should get court martialed and do time for the criminal offense of signing false documents, whatever he did for the ‘compassionate’ discharge.
Deploy him and then fall back from his position.
