I believe the word “vulgar” in the transcript should be the name “Voelker.” But, as usual, the ineptitude of Obama to speak “off the cuff” is downright embarrassing. He makes George Bush look like a word wizard! Actually, President Bush does speak quite well.

Somebody here renamed him “Uhbama.” He attended the Hillary Clinton School of Oratory and graduated summa cum laude. His valedictorian speech was 20 minutes of nothing but the words “you know”, “uh” and “um.”
