Who hacked the e-mail of Sarah Palin? Right now it appears that authorities are looking at David Kernell. Tennessee state Rep. Mike Kernell became nationally known this afternoon. He can thank his son, David. Look out as this just got very partisan and this does not bode well for Democrats who now appear they will do anything to try and defeat John McCain and Sarah Palin including breaking the law
Gateway Pundit asked late last night, "Does anyone else find it odd that 8 hours after this news broke on the internet and 7 hours after it was first reported at Knox News that the mainstream media is still keeping quiet on this major crime?"

A Tennessee state legislator has confirmed that his son, a 20-year-old student at the University of Tennessee-Knoxville, is the person being named on blogs and message boards in connection with the hacking of Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin’s e-mail account, a Nashville paper reported late yesterday.
State Rep. Mike Kernell told the Tennessean that his son, David Kernell, is at the center of speculation about the identity of the hacker who gained access to Palin’s account.
Kernell, a Democrat, represents District 93, which encompasses the University of Memphis and other parts of southeast Memphis. He declined additional comment to the Tennessean.

They’re recruiting their democrat operatives much younger nowadays.
Wooo ... this is like some strange sci-fi movie. The personalities of those that own and work there are feeding the news entity with all their negative energies and they're taking on human qualities. Reminds me of the old "To Serve Man" days ;-)
Others linked the rubico handle on 4chan.org to the e-mail address “rubico10@yahoo.com,” which was in turn linked to David Kernell through Internet searches that uncovered connections between him, the username and the e-mail address on such sites as YouTube. Kernell’s YouTube page has since been closed. The rubico10@yahoo.com address was marked as “temporarily locked because of security concerns” by Yahoo early today.

Since the crime is a felony he will surely get some prison time. I hope he learns the hard way that his butt will be in a sling.
Use the little weasel as an example.
If this can be proven, all kinds of feces will hit all kinds of fans. Even if they were only drinking buddies, it's still gonna hurt. His old man must be blowing a gasket.
So, under this logic, I can go into a bank, walk out with a million dollars, and if I get caught say, "It's OK, I'm just testing out your security?"
Jeez, these people are idiots.
The worse he will get is an hour on the View.
e-mailgate
This is interesting....
** MORE.... There is a connection between David Kernell and David Plouffe-— Barack Obama’s Campaign Manager!
From a commenter at Terry Frank (who has screengrabs of David Kernell’s Facebook page):
There is an apparent connection between David Kernell and David Plouffe. If you do a Technorati search for david kernell (http://www.technorati.com/search/%22david+kernell%22?authority=a4&language=en) and then click on Videos about David Kernell, the first video you see if of David Plouffe (Campaign manager for Obaman). He probably did the video for Plouffe.
This is not a casual connection.
Yeah, this little snot was taking it on himself to verify that Palin wasn’t hiding any official business in her private email.
It’s his right as an 0bama supporter to do so, he’s just doing his part.
The Kernell surely wasn’t acting alone—so who told him to do it? (And why was he so stupid as to comply?)
The Father is part of the Obama campaign in TN!
Hope all this makes Rush today along with Hannity, Savage, and even that arrogant blow hard, O’Reilly.
I do to....I spent some time on previous postings on the subject yesterday at FR. This guy is not hard to research anymore.....
The Tennessee Volunteers football team isn’t lighting up the Nat’l rankings this year, so this idiot figured this was one way to get University of Tennessee back in the spotlight.../s*
So did ABC News. Talking points? Possible. Ideological bedmates? Possible. Both? Probable.
