I could also be wrong but I think it is almost too late to replace Biden with Clinton.

It is. The ballots are already printed in many states.

Obama is going to lose in 2008, and in 2012 Hillary will lose to President Sarah Palin.

That is the script I am writing :)

Surprise, surprise - - Campbell Brown comes from a crooked and corrupt Democrat family.

Campbell Brown's father is James Harvey "Jim" Brown, Jr. who was elected Louisiana state senator 1972 and served two terms. Then he was secretary of state from 1980-1988, and he ran unsuccessfully for governor in the 1987 jungle primary. He was elected insurance commissioner in 1991 and served until he resigned in 2000. Jim Brown's political career came to an end with a six-month prison sentence for lying to the FBI about an insurance scam.

Like they say, "The apple doesn't fall far from the tree."

while all of the speculation swirled around osamaobama’s vp pick-with Hillary’s name in the mix (eventhough she supposedly not vetted) the conventional wisdom was “he won’t pick Hillary because Bill would be uncontrollable.” Well osamaobama could have said the her thighness-”okay Hillary-you’re my vp, but on one condition-immediately after being sworn in you will file for, and divorce him-he gets no where near the white house”.
I think Hillary would have done it because of her lust for power. Once in place as the vp she could have planted the impeachment seed.
I really think that her plan is going to challange osamaobama in four years should he win this year. He will be such a failure that she’ll challange-just like Kennedy in ‘80. She is not going to wait until 2016-she’ll be too old.

This has now become my second favorite interview. My favorite interview was in the 2000 election a week before the election - Judy Woodruff interview with Ralph Nader on CNN. This was an interview IMO whose purpose was to get Nader to drop out of the election and not risk Bush winning. The real possibility of Nader being a spoiler was what drove Judy’s partisan emotions.

Judy was trying to convince Nader by bringing up issue after issue. Nader continually responded that there would be little difference between Bush and Gore. This rationale frustrated Judy even further which also grew with the failure with each issue. Finally, you could see in Judy’s eyes that she had the game changer - judges and abortion - surely Nader couldn’t risk having Bush elected so that he would appoint judges to overturn Roe vs. Wade. The look of frustration on Judy’s face was priceless when Nader refuted that point coupled with the realization that she had not succeeded in her mission.

The Campbell Brown interview had delicious frustrations but Campbell was out of her league in her arguments. It was thoroughly enjoyable. Thanks for the post.

I posted this in another thread, but everything surrounding this is just...weird.

Wow! That was too...er...I might say funny, but that doesn't quite fit. I don't watch television, ever...so I know who Campbell Brown is by name, reputation and quote, but...having never actually seen her...is she USUALLY that way???

But the thing that really disturbed me was...that whole "Lightworker" business. Now, I have read enough of Mark Morford (can I even say that name here without getting zotted?) to know just what kind of "being" HE is, but my skin began to crawl reading that "Lightworker" business, especially his reference to JFK.

Morford seems to be burning with a white hot fever of deranged adulation like some kind of mad prophet holding a stick with severed hands on it as seen in Monty Python's "Life of Brian". If I didn't know better, he seems to wish for his candidate to follow in JFK's footsteps all the way to the conclusion in order to martyr and canonize him (at least based on this passage)

"...Those attuned to energies beyond the literal meanings of things, these people say JFK wasn't assassinated for any typical reason you can name. It's because he was just this kind of high-vibration being, a peacemaker, at odds with the war machine, the CIA, the dark side. And it killed him...."

Um..."...high-vibration being..."???

Morford is simply deranged and delusional. I could hardly sit still without scratching while reading that tripe. If he appeared walking in my neighborhood, I would call the cops.

"...What does Clinton get if elected VP? 8 years of dirty looks from Michelle Obama?..."

How about eight years of her having to watch Bill sniff around the White House a few footsteps behind Michelle Obama like a dog following another dog in heat?

Brrrrr...everything about liberals has me creeped out today.

Of all of the possible scenarios for 2008 and 2012, your script is the most likely. Palin has proven to be a godsend.

:-) LOL! The thread is gone, GONE, I say! POOF!

(The funny threads have a way of disappearng. The funniest involved Cheney. It was all complimentary—no bashing at all. Can’t blame the Obama camp, just the mods doing their jobs. BTW, the mods must have chuckled a time or two on that thread—it lasted longer than most.)

Campbell Brown is an obnoxious woman. What a condescending attitude she has toward Rothschild who couldn’t answer any question without being interrupted. Brown’s snarky laugh is as unprofessional as the network CNN is.

I have to admit, I laughed out loud in my office when I saw that other thread...it was probably the guy’s first vanity, and ended up getting filled with EPIC FAIL images...:)

How embarrassing for him...I never saw a post back by him, so...he might have not had the courage to go back in.

Agree with her politcal philosophy or not, de Rothschild has class. I think she is a down to earth woman who is amused with those who think she is anything other than a daughter of a working class family from New Jersey.

Contrast with Brown who must think she is head & tails above us all; note the bottom lip thing when she talks. I call it the elitist lip stretch.

Who is Campbell Brown to tell Forrester de Rothschild that that SHE is the elite? Ms. MSM elite? The daughter of privilege in New Orleans’s very stratified society? Whose father, an Edwards protigee, was the state’s thoroughly corrupt insuranace commissioner who FINALLY was jailed ? Give that one the hook.

I have to admit that at first I wasn’t too impressed that a Hillary! supporter had gone over to McCain, but this de Rothschild woman has been extraordinary.
