Nah I don’t think this piece shows Repubs running scared... like so many others have commented, and of course I added the (Hit Piece) notation at the end of the title. This is just the MSM trying to discredit her appeal... and like I have said many times before.... they cannot even begin to comprehend why she is so appealling... they do not understand what makes this country so great and simply b/c they fail to understand that, they fail to understand her appeal.

I said a couple of days ago that although I love Sarah; she really needs to come up with some new lines. The news media have replayed her talking points so many times that it is starting to get boring and it is making her look like politics as usual instead of a fresh face and fresh gusto. I think she would be much better if they turned her loose as the attack bulldog that we all think she could be.

She can't say what she really thinks because John McCain is the top of the ticket. Her task is to support his candidacy regardless of her own ideology.
THe 30% represents the hardcore dem and liberal base. That number would be the same if George Washington was running as a Republican.
Most news organs are simply round-the-clock propaganda broadsheets with a little news to bait the hook.
They use polling as a tool to see if the propaganda is working, and as filler news, and as propaganda in its own right.
The problem with all this is that sometimes they start to buy into their own propaganda, and lose sight of what is real. Big mistake for a propaganda professional, to believe your own hype.
