Obama's socialist ideas & proposal, his agenda and associations, and his lack of a resume are enough to defeat him.
I would strongly suggest that we focus on the deamnds at hand, defeating ObaHamas, rather than outkooking the kooks at the Daily Kook and MoRon.org.
ObaHamas and his Stalinist, anti-Jew friends must be defeated. Trying to prove his "ineligibility" delays the resolution of this ideological "war" and distracts us from the task at hand, victory.

The colleges he is said to have attended likely have copies of what he submitted as birth certificates: Occidenal, Columbia, Harvard. With affirmative action the name of the game in those days, those admissions offices would have been thrilled to see a foreign birth certificate from a candidate, especially a certificate from Africa or Indonesia.
Subpoening that information should be part of the inquiry, as well.
Or were all those birth certificates eaten by the roaches stalking the big city universities?
Also birth certificates are often needed to teach at universities.

I’m assuming that this is a plan hatched by Bill and Hill et al.............for it to work, o’momma must be first elected, and that is beginning to look like a long shot, but......if this Complaint has credence and standing and some judge doesn’t dismiss it, due process will bring the truth to light......at which point o’momma would resign or be impeached.......o’biden becomes president, and appoints hillary.......next act would be o’biden has health probs or some such and resigns, making hillary prez.......

I think it is odd that the plaintiff filed this in Philadelphia and demanded a jury trial. I cannot see a Philadelphia jury throwing Obama off the ballot, regardless of what the evidence may be.

Even if there is such a document (and I'd tend to doubt it because Kenya was and still is a "third world" country), I doubt if Berg can successfully subpoena it for his case, since the court has no jurisdiction over Kenya nor Kenyans. There would be no incentive for anyone in Kenya to comply voluntarily with such a subpoena.
I think maximum pressure needs to be put on the Hussein campaign to promise to produce a valid birth certificate.

Do they even acknowledge there might be a problem in this regard? Has any statement ever been released by the Obama campaign or family concerning this? Has the msmedia ever asked him any questions regarding this? Just askin’ ...
