His paternal grandmother, half sister and half brother claim he was born in Kenya --and docs have been found that may support this, according to Berg's lawsuit.

Boy, I sure would like to know what the dem-O-rats biggies think of this.
Is this the same Wayne Madsen who says on his blog that Sarah and Todd Palin are neo-nazis who assoicate with the Klan?
Apparently it was a Frankenstein photoshop job... using her name and somehow formatting as a Hawaiian COB?
Correct.
I don’t see the benefits of expending energy on this matter, as opposed to working phones for the campaign.
There is nothing anyone can find that would not be denied. There is no way in hell any ruling is going to occur prior to November by any judge. There is no way the DNC would say anything other than it is typical Republican sleaze, and they would be believed in this.
This matter has a horrible risk/reward ratio. No one will prove anything and therefore it will be declared sleaze. Without undeniable proof, which CANNOT exist, it WILL be sleaze. If there was something here, Hillary would have used it.
Put this to bed.
I could see this happening IF AND ONLY IF black voters could be convinced that this is the evidence that the Dems have been playing them like cheap fiddles for the last 50+ years.
The Factcheck.org (yes, I know they are biased, but read it anyway) folks say the birth certificate is legit, and even have photos of it posted on their site:
http://www.factcheck.org/elections-2008/born_in_the_usa.html
“FactCheck.org staffers have now seen, touched, examined and photographed the original birth certificate. We conclude that it meets all of the requirements from the State Department for proving U.S. citizenship. Claims that the document lacks a raised seal or a signature are false. We have posted high-resolution photographs of the document as “supporting documents” to this article. Our conclusion: Obama was born in the U.S.A. just as he has always said.”
Looking at the photos of the birth certificate, I don’t see how anyone can claim it’s not legit...there are REAL reasons why Obama should never, ever be president, but his citizenship status does not appear to be one of them.
You rock!
BTTT
The birth certificate is a real issue.
I wish FReepers would stop chasing the red herring of Indonesian citizenship. You can’t lose U.S. citizenship because one’s parents or a foreign government imposed foreign citizenship on you as child. The only way foreign citizenship strips you of U.S. citizenship is if you renounce your U.S. citizenship to acquire it, after reaching the age of 18. Even if young Barry was obliged by Indonesian authorities to renounce his U.S. citizenship at the age of 6, he’d still be a U.S. citizen. Unless, of course, he was born in Kenya, since his mother was too young under prevailing U.S. law at the time to pass her U.S. citizenship to him as a natural born citizen, and the law lowering the age was not made retroactive (and I understand there is legislative history making it clear the non-retroactivity was intended).
Yes,in deed.
It would help if I knew what you're talking about. What's "correct?"
A certificate of live birth is not a birth certificate.
I’ve read so many threads concerning Obamas birth certificate/US citizen status here on FR and a few other sites. I don’t go to places like DKos or DU. Do they even acknowledge there might be a problem in this regard? Has any statement ever been released by the Obama campaign or family concerning this? Has the msmedia ever asked him any questions regarding this? Just askin’ ...
Does anyone have any idea what percentage of people Obama’s age have no parents still living in a day and age when people are living much longer?
I think this has been the plan all along.
Hillary will take over.
Yes, the Obama Campaign submitted a COLB, which is a SHORT form that references that there is some type of information on file at the Hawaii Vital Statistics office; but blacked out the file number so no cross reference can be done on the Birth Certificate (the long form).
Freeper Polarik has a thread here showing that the COLB, short form is a forgery.
That COLB is on Obama’s own campaign site and was submitted to the LA Times by the campaign as proof that he was born in Hawaii.
Yes, actually, it is - it's the short form version of a birth certificate, which the State Deparment says is acceptable to prove citizenship.
