Birth certificate for Obama in Kenya?

A slight tangent, but related question.

If Obama were to be elected president, and he does take the oath of office and in fact he starts "presidenting"...

Then, it is discovered, with absolute proof, that he was in fact born outside the U.S.

Would then, the congress be obligated to indict and remove Obama from the presidency? Even if the congress were to still be in democrat control, wouldn't the democrats and the rest of congress be obligated to uphold the constitution and indict, prosecute and remove Obama from office?

And, if he's removed after indictment, wouldn't he be required to serve some time in prison for violating one of the biggest constitutional laws in the country?

This is a manufactured bluff that bho can make go away very easily. If the media gives it some play, then bho will have a great shadow of doubt over his eligibility to be president which will further erode his support. His only recourse to make it go away is to produce the original birth certificate. Either he calls the bluff or allows the uncertainty to hover.
