Are you saying that someone has unearthed a Kenyan birth certificate for Obama?

Even if there is such a document (and I'd tend to doubt it because Kenya was and still is a "third world" country), I doubt if Berg can successfully subpoena it for his case, since the court has no jurisdiction over Kenya nor Kenyans. There would be no incentive for anyone in Kenya to comply voluntarily with such a subpoena.

So you are saying there would not be great incentive for Kenya to comply in a subpoenas/lawsuit that might dictate the outcome of the POTUS?

I’m sure there is some international requirement for that matter. Let’s get real.
