I doubt Kenya even kept birth records.
They were under British rule at that time. Britian kept excellent records.

I’m wondering what would happen if this occurs before Nov 4th? I personally would rather our candidates run against the messiah than get Hillary. What do you think? BBL off to work, we’re full up in town with evacuees.
I think it is odd that the plaintiff filed this in Philadelphia and demanded a jury trial. I cannot see a Philadelphia jury throwing Obama off the ballot, regardless of what the evidence may be.
That is what I meant. It does not really matter at this point when or if it gets to court. If Obama doesn’t turn over a valid birth certificate during discovery, Berg would petition the court to order him to do so. That would make it into a major scandal.
The next time I am asked to present ID to obtain a library card, get a passport, to prove I have a drivers license, or produce a resume to interview for a job, perhaps I should try that tactic.

The controversy centers around whether or not Barack Obama was born in Hawaii, as his bio claims, or in Kenya, the birthplace of his late father, Barack Obama, Sr.
To date, the Obama campaign has refused requests to release a copy of the senator’s birth certificate.

We don't require much when it comes to the highest office in the land. Proof of those 2 or 3 items that are required should be demanded at the announcement of their intent to run. When have you ever gotten a job simply by saying you wanted it?

One can get a passport without a birth certificate. All you really need is a 'Certificate of No Record' and a DS-10A signed by an older relative that swears you were born in America. They'd like a bunch of other stuff (Baptismal records, early school records, entry in the family Bible or koran, doctor's records, etc.) but if push come to shove a DS-10A and a certificate of no record suffices.
I know it isn’t proof - but it was a surprise to see this mentioned in the suit.
Oh yeah? Watch how fast they throw him off when they find out he is only 6.25% black and has been scamming the black community into thinking he is black because of his pigmentation.
