Sarah Palin is sending the MSM around the bend. On MSNBC this afternoon, Andrea Mitchell provided perhaps the most blatant example yet of an MSMer openly admitting she doesn't want Palin as VP. Mitchell, clearly frustrated by Palin's every-woman-appeal, complained: "Is that what we really want in our leaders? Do we want someone 'just like me?' I mean, I don't want someone like me because I know I'm not because I know I'm not prepared to be vice-president or president. What makes people think that having someone like their neigbhor be in the White House is a good thing?"
Mitchell's guest was Lisa Murkowski, Republican senator from Alaska. Mitchell began by trying to lure Murkowski into taking a swing at Palin for her comments about taking on the "good old boys." Palin defeated Murkowski's father Frank, then the sitting governor of Alaska, in the 2006 GOP gubernatorial primary.
MITCHELL: One of those good old boys was your father, Frank Murkowski. How does that make you feel?
Murkowski wouldn't bite, speaking graciously of a generational change in a young state. Mitchell tried again to use a daughter's loyalty to provoke Murkowski into taking a shot at Palin.

Not prepared to be president? Hell, Andrea, you’re not prepared to be a damned news reader! For the very first time I agree completely with Andrea Mitchell.
Not to worry Andrea, we surely don’t want someone like you anywhere near the White House, unless it’s to clean the bathrooms.
Just like me. Only better.
um...perhaps an invite to fly on air force 1
what, you don’t believe in Obama’s principle of “neighborliness”?
Uh yes, that is exactly what we want.
Our founders never meant for there to be a elite ruling class in America. We were to leave the farm (normal average Americans) go to Washington to serve a couple of years and then return home. If they had wanted that elite class we would have royal family and lords ruling over us. They did have that chance and chose equality instead.
‘What Makes People Think Having Someone Like Their Neighbor in the White House a Good Thing?’
The perception that if we did’ we’d have lower taxes, a less permeable southern boarder and a much more aggressive war against radical Islam. Not to mention a paucity in stupid legislation meant to get everyone a house, whether they can afford one or not, that ends up churning the market into collapse.
The more one considers the benifits of having someone in the Wh who isn’t a Beltway demented elite the more one hopes for it.
Here’s hoping Palin is the goods and has a future.
Andrea you ignorant slut: The alternative is someone like you. Case closed.
That's most likely because she didn't like your novels I (the uncultured snip), and the fact that you died almost sixty years ago. Seeing a ghost will do strange things to people.
Thanks for watching, reporting, linking, Mark.
If you’re reading this Al, how could someone exposed to objectivism be saddled with “someone like me”? Have you lost your mind?
GO SARAH!

Andrea has one of the ugliest wigs I’ve ever seen.
Annenberg School Advisory Board.
Hmmm....
No, Andrea ... she is not just like you.

Thank heavens. Our Sarah is a breath of fresh air and a gift from God.
When Madame Her Highness Mitchell was referring to “uneducated voters” the other day, I thought she might have been looking in the mirror.
