The leftists certainly believe even one vote is important.
This guy's vote won't mean much in IL.
In a scenario where his vote actually became meaningful in IL, we would have a McCain landslide.
I wouldn't expect anything less from MN! Just goes to show how truly desperate the progressives are I think.

If the election wasn’t “historic” he would have probably received equal justice.
According to the article:
“People convicted of felonies are banned from voting until they finish their jail or prison time and probation.”
He pled guilty - but not getting sentenced. How does that allow him to retain the right to vote? Wasn’t he ‘convicted’ when he pled guilty?
And about where he is going to vote - it would not be a surprise to find he ‘resides’ in IL and MN - so he could vote a number of times.
I don’t understand. If someone either pleads guilty or is found guilty does that not make them guilty? Would this not make him a felon even tho’ his sentence has not been stated? Sentencing does not mean he is more or less guilty...it is just the penalty for BEING guilty. So...how can he still vote?

I don’t know but it shouldn’t matter, opponent or yes/no retain, a vote is a vote. If she is on the ballot she had no business issuing that ruling.

Endless laughter. Perhaps he could ask the judge if its OK for him to make a trip to the local gun shop to make a purchase...as long as it is before he is sentenced. If she says no, then he can't vote either.
