Although he was running drugs to Minnesota, it looks like he is from Chicago.

This guy's vote won't mean much in IL.

In a scenario where his vote actually became meaningful in IL, we would have a McCain landslide.

I don’t think they’ll let him go back to Illinois to cast his vote. By electon day, he’ll be a “resident” of Minnesota...

According to the article:
“People convicted of felonies are banned from voting until they finish their jail or prison time and probation.”

He pled guilty - but not getting sentenced. How does that allow him to retain the right to vote? Wasn’t he ‘convicted’ when he pled guilty?

And about where he is going to vote - it would not be a surprise to find he ‘resides’ in IL and MN - so he could vote a number of times.
