A WORD ON COMMUNITY ORGANIZATION

Since the topic of community organizers has been popular lately ... Ever wonder who founded this concept of community organizers in Chicago? This should give you a taste:

The seditious role of the community organizer was developed by an extreme left intellectual called Saul Alinsky. He was a radical Chicago activist who, by the time he died in 1972, had had a profound influence on the highest levels of the Democratic party. Alinsky was a 'transformational Marxist' in the mould of Antonio Gramsci, who promoted the strategy of a 'long march through the institutions' by capturing the culture and turning it inside out as the most effective means of overturning western society. In similar vein, Alinsky condemned the New Left for alienating the general public by its demonstrations and outlandish appearance. The revolution had to be carried out through stealth and deception. Its proponents had to cultivate an image of centrism and pragmatism. A master of infiltration, Alinsky wooed Chicago mobsters and Wall Street financiers alike. And successive Democratic politicians fell under his spell.

Look, folks. We already know this about Barack Obama ... the guy worships the ideals of socialism and wants to make sure that you live in a society that is based on "fairness" and "neighborliness." Setting aside whatever methods Obama may have practiced as a community organizer, his campaign policies assure you that he would rather use the force of government to make everyone "equal" rather than to promote competition, work ethic or capitalist enterprise.

Just wait for it. In November, we are going to be sucked into a black hole. Oh, that outta get some boxers in a bunch.

We have millions of “community organizers” here in Chicago, but we usually just call them welfare recipients.

ok. I was part of a group that started a youth club in the community I lived in.
It started because a group of moms decided that there was no place or young people to hang out. (I lived in a very small mountain community about 40 miles from th nearest large town).
I always thought that was a community organizer. I also join a group because the churches got together and started a food and clothing bank. I thought that was community organization. So we are not talking about this kind of organizers are we?

Jesus of Nazareth was NOT a “community organizer”. He was a reformer, a somewhat different thing. Jesus preached, and walked among the people, asking for their allegience to the Father in His name, but anybody was free to accept or turn away from this grace. Only one thing was asked, to believe in Him.

“Community organizers”, on the other hand, are out canvassing for votes, encouraging those who are willing to accept a few pieces of silver in exchange for their vote, and bullying or discouraging those who chose to resist the blandishments held out to tempt them.

More on the order of Lucifer trolling for souls, who end up short-changed either way.

I cannot get over how the loony Left and the MSM continue to recruit adherents to such a failed and flawed ideology.

Communism is a political/social/cultural/military/economic failure wherever and whenever it has been installed.

It is such a wretched excuse for leadership and government that it has even been rejected by the nation that invented it. Russia can only introduce Communism at the point of a gun, and has never been able to establish it successfully ANYWHERE.

No nation on earth which has tried Communism or is trying Communism has escaped the atrocious and dehumanizing effects of a system which virtually criminalizes individuality, prosperity and faith and deprograms patriotism, civic pride and national identity to the extent that humanity is reduced to little better than ants in an ant heap.

From Discover The Networks:

Alinsky viewed as supremely important the role of the organizer, or master manipulator, whose guidance was responsible for setting the agendas of the People's Organization. "The organizer," Alinsky wrote, "is in a true sense reaching for the highest level for which man can reach -- to create, to be a 'great creator,' to play God."[39]

This issue and the funds they disbursed mostly went to organizations now backing Obama’s bid. And Obama has gone through extraordinary efforts to quell its investigation because its a prolog to the way Obama is going to run this country. In my site http://www.theusmat.com/ its a running story frequently updated and its gonna stay there until talk shows besides Bork’s start bringing it up

It needs to be made clear that a “community organizer” has NOTHING TO DO WITH “Community Service”.

The Republicans should not pussyfoot around saying how being a “community organizer” is a noble role, it is NOT.

It is a Marxist ploy to rabble rouse and take advantage of the masses as “useful idiots” to advance the Marxist agenda.

The rabble is roused by first telling them how bad things are, then they are told we need to unite to fix the problem, but you don’t actually define the problem, you just call for “change”. Every individual then visualizes their own independent goal that they “hope” the “change” will achieve and that motivates them.

At the end of the day, the rabble forment political unrest and move the Marxist agenda forward but no individual get’s their specific goal met - Execpt the “Community Organizer”

Does this strategy look familiar?

Can someone please tell me who pays the Community Organizer? Is it a government position? If so how many current positions are there and who are the current community organizers? How much are they paid today? Obama mentioned he took the job as community organizer in order to pay off his college loans....I would love to see an audit of his finances to support this claim since he said he was not paid well.

I read an article on a democRat site explaining the role of the Community Organizer.

They accept large sums of money from the Federal Government.

The rest of what they do was pretty fuzzy.

Apparently Obama is now insulting blacks since he feels community organizer equates to black —must mean black equate to communist to him. That nut didn’t fall far from his mother tree.

This absolutely needs to be put into a TV ad by a conservative 527 in October. It may open the eyes of some “independents” who think that both parties are alike.
