23-33 (a) The program established under this Act shall include, but not be limited to, the following major educational areas as a basis for curricula in all elementary and secondary schools in this State: human ecology and health, human growth and development, the emotional, psychological, physiological, hygienic and social responsibilities of family life, including sexual abstinence and prevention of unintended pregnancy until marriage, prevention and control of disease, including age appropriate instruction in grades K 6 through 12 on the prevention of sexually transmitted infections, including the prevention, transmission and spread of HIV AIDS, public and environmental (???) health, consumer health, safety education and disaster survival, mental health and illness, personal health habits, alcohol, drug use, and abuse including the medical and legal ramifications of alcohol, drug, and tobacco use, abuse during pregnancy, sexual abstinence until marriage, tobacco, nutrition, and dental health.
(13) Course material and instruction shall be free of racial, ethnic, gender, religious, and sexual orientation biases.

He may have championed it...but I'll need proof (don't get me wrong - I know he's an idiot, but I like to make sure my sources are correct so that I don't appear as one also)
No...he didn't vote for it. The bill never made it to a third reading and was tabled (in other words - it died). Nobody ever voted for this bill - even the author.
The more I hear about Obama, I feel that Muslim indocrination is a factor in his life even if he isn’t a practicing Muslim now. I do think that indoctrination stuck and is something he cherishes.

I just like to have all of my ducks in a row when I blast Obambi's stupidity to other voters.
I guess Obama is worried his that little girls might have sex (what age are they 6 and 10 or something?) and he wants to be sure they aren’t burdened with a baby at recess or finger-painting class.
This now makes sense. The bill was assigned to the Health & Human Services Committee (which Obambi chaired) after 1st reading.
It came out of committee with a recommended "Do Pass" - during which, Obambi voted for it.
It was then amended with Senate Amendment 01 - which raised the grade up to 6th grade instead of Kindergarten.
After the amendment, it was assigned to the Rules Committee, who re-assigned it the the Health & Human Services Committee. The bill never made it out of this committee the second time.

Now it is called progress. Indeed progress is a change, but why are we going there? When you have cancer and the cancer progresses, is it a change you want?
America has a choice alright, between right and wrong. The choice is so clear this season that if America votes in Obama, we will clearly deserve the destruction that Obama will bring upon us. But, in all choice is a blessing, if we vote in Palin, we will be blessed.
God rarely brings destruction on people. He often just offerers us a choice.
