(Lafayette Hill, Pennsylvania – 09/04/08) - Philip J. Berg, Esquire, the Attorney who filed suit against Barack H. Obama challenging Senator Obama’s eligibility to serve as President of the United States, has received confirmation from his Process Service Company that the Democratic National Committee (DNC) and Senator Barack Obama were served today, September 4, 2008, with the legal documents pertaining to Berg vs. Obama, Civil Action No. 08-cv-4083.
The DNC was served at 12:00 p.m. and Senator Obama was served at 1:00 p.m. The U.S. Attorney’s Office accepted service on behalf of the Federal Elections Committee (FEC) on or about August 22, 2008.

I checked the site and it appears that you are right. Social Security number is unknown however so a request for registration information does not seem to be feasible.

Sorry, I’m on board with this one. The certificate that was released as belonging to obama doesn’t look anything like those issued later on. It doesn’t even have the name of the hospital and I think that’s on all certificates.

Thank you for the excellent research. Nicely done. Unfortunately the MSM will never look into this question (i.e., did you register for the draft, and if so when?). It would be a travesty for someone who didn’t register to send others who did into battle, not to mention the legal implication of not registering.

I think we all would. He's definitely the weaker between he and Hillary.
I wouldn't worry so much about Hillary, though. She's damaged goods now. I think that a lot of folks would pass up the purchase were she to be re-instated in the race. Plus, the whole dynamic of the race has changed dramatically since she conceded.

A dual citizen,(it's a matter of whether he was actually born in Canada-allegedly at a home for unwed mothers, or Kenya,either way he would be classified as a Kenyan citizen since his father was a Kenyan national)from what I recall reading here and elsewhere, is allowed to run for the office of potus but not allowed to hold the office.It gets confusing.
