There is no doubt in my mind that this accounts for at least some of the anger.

It’s probably not just the guilt of having had an abortion. Even those who have decided that they would choose abortion in the future are probably very troubled by the implications of that decision.
Regardless, this has been the low water mark waged by any political campaign in my lifetime...debating whether or not a candidate’s child deserved to be born.
Many of the most ardent pro-lifers out there are those that have had an abortion and are trying to cope with the mental anguish.
Althoug she never had an abortion, the woman at the center of the “Roe” v. Wade case is a pro-life actist.
I really think every pro life message should include addressing the hurt of the one’s who regret having an abortion and how they can seek forgiveness and be healed.

Nobody wins, everybody pays.
Absolutely, these women can’t admit to themselves that they’ll killed a baby and until they can admit and accept that fact they deny themselves the comfort of knowing the Lord can and will forgive them. Sad isn’t it? Their anger is from the deep font of guilt that they carry. If only they knew how they would feel once they admit they made a mistake and take responsibility for it. I feel very, very sorry for them.
