Code Pink protestors were given or surreptitiously obtained media passes to infiltrate and protest a pro-life event held near the Republican National Convention. (Report by Fred Lucas and Jonathan Schulter, CNSNews.com.)
According to Medea Benjamin, founder of CP, who was just on Michael Medved’s show, they gained access with passes given by disgruntled delegates. I think she is a liar.
The rumor is that MSNBC gave them the passes.
I’m hoping that can be verified.
Does anyone know if it been confirmed that they were MSNBC badges?
Someone posted here that the passes were from Ron Paul delegates. Some of them (Ron Paul delegates) apparently yelled something and walked out last night during McCain’s presentation. They were boasting about it on a blog maintained by Ron Paul supporters.
Of course Medea Benjamin is a liar. The only question is whether or not she's lying about this.
I for one, believe they did get the passes from MSNBC, and I also believe the RNC should black-ball the network accordingly.

I clicked on the links to the Ron Paul blog, and they did seem to be boasting about disruption. They’re sort of hysterical, though, so it’s a little hard to follow them. See what you think, in any case.

I wonder if both accusations are true? There where several protestors, Adam isn't a part of Code Pink so he did most likely get it from whom he said (a Ron Paul delegate), maybe some of the same delegates worked with MSNBC to find these Pinkos to give their passes to. Its not like someone could freely just walk out of the RNC and up to code pink and not be yelled down. There had to be a friendly go-between that helped the protesters stand-down and know the delegates where 'friendly to their cause'.
A significant number of the Paulettes can’t be trusted with the truth either. (Some of them are legit conservatives, but he attracted a lot of loons, too.)

Yep, that would be awesome if could be proven MSNBC is creating news instead of reporting it. It’s already obvious to a lot of us, but they couldn’t dig themselves out of that hole.

OK. Here is the deal. If it is proved certain MSM issued passes and if McCain/Palin is elected, those MSM should not have any press passes to the White House. That included briefings. No exceptions.
It is possible that both stories are true, I imagine. It was hard to tell, but it looked to me as if there were several different disruptors in different parts of the hall.
If it can be determined that the claimant gave the Press Pass to someone who abused the privileged — that person should be BANNED FOR LIFE from getting a press pass..
Two such occurrence from the same network or station — they too get banned for life...
The GOP needs to learn how to get these Leftist disrupter's respect with SEVERE NEGATIVE CONSEQUENCES...
I would prefer they be given lumps on their brain housing unit — but banishment from public arenas is more politically correct... Right?
