Three celebrity weeklies OK!, People and Us Weekly featured Sarah Palin on their cover, but one of those magazines is reportedly losing subscribers because of it.
Us Weekly, which unlike People and OK!, chose a rather caustic cover line (Babies, Lies and Scandal) is said to have lost thousands of subscribers in just the first 24 hours following the printing of the issue.

do you think Megyn Kelly cancelled her subscription, too?
Her take down of their spokesperson was Palinesque!

Its going to be tough to bounce back from this one. Especially if the advertisers get involved. If they get nervous, that can hurt all of us. Anyone have a list of advertisers I can contact?!

I love it. :-)
That’s how you respond to this type of trash. If they want to be in bed with Liberals, let Liberals support their rag solely.

This election may even wake up women to the radical, warped gay men who’ve been butchering and attacking everything pro-girl and feminine in their magazines for decades.

They should be SEVERLY FREEPED. I mean, until they go out of business. That is one instance of American Jobs Loss I will SUPPORT! They can all go to work for Code Pink's weekly newsletter for all I care.

this tells me that the palin effect reaches way beyond FR.
Most of the votes in the online poll probably were from regular US website visitors and not just because it was freeped.

Yes, she was. That interview should be taught at J-school. If only the press was like that all the time. We’d chafe if it was our guy but as long as the questions were accurate, it is fair game.

When Us went to print Monday night, it looked like the ticket was falling apart," says one magazine editor. They went to print thinking Palin was dead in the water, and their mistake was thinking everyone who reads Us is a Democrat, when theyre not. I found this paragraph astounding. An editor of a national publication thought he was smart enough to assume the most important political decision of the decade. The arrogance.
