Rudy did well enough that we can forgive him for running long and getting this bumped from the program, especially since theyre going to capitalize on the fee-vah and air it tonight. What do the Nielsen ratings look like, you say? Why, like this. For the moment, at least, with curiosity peaking, the Barracuda is an even bigger draw than The One.
They really like the moose-hunting meme, huh? Exit quotation from a former Bush official, citing panic among his lefty friends: [T]he same reporter who first told me that shed be toast by Friday told me after tonights speech that Obama must be wishing that McCcain [sic] had picked Pawlenty.

I thought it was Voight! He tried to hide his accent but you can tell its him. I bet anything Angelina Jolie votes for McCain now.

Personally, I think this was by design. I was praying they'd run long so that Sarah's speech would run into the 11:00 news on the east coast. Voila! Here in NJ, Sarah was speaking on all the major networks until about 11:10.
Perfect strategizing to maximize her audience!
And now a little video bio to refresh people's memory tonight. Awesome.

Like most FReepers, I've resigned myself to holding my nose and voting for McCain because Obama is so obviously bad.
However, if Palin continues to impress as she has over the last few days, the stench will be considerably less. She strikes me as great choice and something to vote FOR rather then against. Finally.

I was wrong. Palin defeated Murkowski in the Republican primary and then Tony Knowles in the general election. Knowles is not a “former-Democrat governor” but was a former Democrat-governor.
To: wideminded
She defeated Murkowski in the PRIMARY and the Democrat former-Governor in the actual general election.

She defeated Murkowski in the PRIMARY and the Democrat former-Governor in the actual general election. See #13. For some reason the video said Palin defeated a "former Democrat governor" instead of a "Democrat former-governor".

I’d sure like to see V.P. Palin lead an investigation the U.S. media for its political and international financial linkages.
