(CBS) All eyes were on Sarah Palin Wednesday night when she delivered the biggest address of her political career at the Republican National Convention.
How did the GOP vice presidential nominee handle her defining moment?
Political imagery consultant and body language expert Joe Navarro, author of "What Every Body Is Saying," raved about Palin's performance to Harry Smith on The Early Show Thursday.
Navarro said, "I thought she did terrific. ... She was strong, she was affirmative. She had command of the theater. Totally comfortable. Nice, strong jaw. Good pointing gestures. She looked like a CEO. Terrific appearance."
Not only that, said Navarro, Palin had "very nice facial gestures that emphasized what's important, what she feels strongly about. She almost had the look of 'Bring it on.' How many times have we had someone like that who's not afraid, who sticks that jaw out, who is basically saying, 'I'm not scared of you. I'm not scared of anything that's coming my way.' And everything about her says, 'I'm sharp. I'm focused. I'm on top of things.' "
And from there, Navarro's glowing review just continued.
...but our lazy media a**es are too tired and frustrated to write any more about it, so we'll just give you folks a short article instead.
But, but, but her hair style is 20 years old. /s
Another article was criticizing Palin’s hair style as out of date.
Hah! I guarantee there are hundreds of women in salons right now asking for the Sarah style.
MSM just does not know what to think when confronted with leadership.
Even the idiot Donny Deutsch gets it with Palin. She is a rockstar and has changed the entire dynamic of this race.
LOL...nor does it meet with the approval of the jaded harridans and degenerate homosexuals of the fashion industry.
Two groups of people who know exactly what a woman SHOULD look like, doncha know.
over at MSNBC, there is a poll rating her speech. One is ‘how will she do without a teleprompter and a speech writer”...like, she is the ONLY candidate that has a speech writer!
MSNBC...I am tired of your partisanship!
Anything but a CEO mentality.
CEO = Chief Executive Officer of any organization, for profit, non-profit or other.
My age is showing. While watching her delivery of the punch lines I had a mental image of Jack Benny at his comic best. NOBODY had better timing and delivery, and I’m almost certain she must have seen some of his old TV performances.
I'll settle for a good leader. Leave the CEOs to run their corporations.
The U.S. is not Walmart Corp.
**She looked like a CEO. Terrific appearance.”**
I agree, and I have only watched snipets of her speech since I had a meeting last night.

John Bolton knows Palin. He has every confidence in her.
Bolton said [paraphrasing]...they talked about missle defense, etc. and she was very knowledgeable and she is a quick study. He was very impressed.
How to be strong but not bitchy. That’s something Hillary never mastered.
You can bet your bippy that she could captain a fishing boat in a storm, telling the crew what needs to be done, or she could captain a basketball team in a championship game, or she could be a leader among the girls in school.
There are a combination of NATURAL qualities that are needed to do that. You have to be absolutely confident, but you can’t be a bully or arrogant. People have to like you and trust you AND want to jump to your commands. She obviously has it naturally. No body expressions coach could teach it if she didn’t already have it.
And it’s the kind of thing that viewers instinctively read and react to. Anyone, that is, not eaten up by hatred and resentment and narcissism. As long as she can get out there like that and address the nation, no amount of sour media spin can persuade anyone that she is not genuine.
As for her hair, I HATE fashion. One of the things I hate most about our culture since the 60s is the lemming like way that everyone has to follow the fashions. Thank God for someone who can just be herself.
Looking at what I just said reminds me again of Reagan. His body language coaches told him that he should walk on camera with his suit jacket hooked on a finger over his shoulder, in the preppy way that JFK had done.
Reagan said, No, I’ll wear my jacket. I’m Ronald Reagan, not John Kennedy.
And he was a hundred times right.
they got their faxes early this morning from camp obama and the dnc
