So if a person is black and a Republican he is an Uncle Tom, and now if a woman is conservative —and normal, I would add — then she isn’t a woman? That’s news to a lot of us here in the flyover. If Sarah Palin somehow morphed into a left/fascist, abortion-worshipping, bitter old shrew, I guess then she would have the female qualifications to suit Steinem.

Miss Steinem, what is wrong with that she is a younger Phyllis Schlafly? We know she doesn't have anything in common with Hillary Rodham Rodham, Sarah is a low taxes, family first classy lady, who wants to keep AMERICA and Americans FREE!!
Sarah's family is MUCH different then Hillary's. 5 kids - from a 19 year old who will be serving in Iraq (God will protect you Trail) to Trig. Bristol, Piper and Willow are so classy - just like Chelsea, but Sarah is class!!
Also, Sarah only 'murders' Moose, caribou and other animals - not Vince Foster!

In truth, I don't have a problem with that statement. That's exactly how I feel about Barack HUSSEIN Obama. Their position on Clarence Thomas and every other black conservative is far more pernicious. That he's somehow not really black if he's a conservative.
I think it more appropriate to describe the occurrence when someone joins the ranks of the left which operate on emotion rather than thought as his or her consciousness having been razed.
