I am starting to hear rumblings that Biden has “personal issues” that have to be dealt with. There is no word on what these issues might be – but it might require more attention than he can now give to these “issues”
People familiar with this situation are beginning to speculate that Joe Biden might withdraw from the Democratic ticket as early as the middle of next week.
Hillary insiders have indicated that Hillary is available to step into the vacant slot “for the good of the party.” There are trial balloons already being floated to party officials suggesting possible scenarios on how this might happen without embarrassing Barak Obama, but it is too early to tell what kind of effect a Obama / Hillary ticket might have on the base of the Democratic Party. Very early indications are that a Obama / Hillary ticket would be well received
Look in the coming days…. Possibly Friday evening…. For serious questions about Bidens ability to serve as VP.

Internal polling - the Palin pick killed the Obama/Biden ticket. If Biden is replaced by Hillary, old white male Democrats will stay home and McCain will win.
It’s a win/win for us, and proof that Obama can’t even run a campaign and he expects to run for the White House?

And she could take on Hillary without having to worry about being seen as sexist either. Though of course same thing goes vis-a-vis Hillary taking on Palin. However, I think there’s far less baggage there.
It would make for a compelling election season. However, were that to happen it would really highlight how much more exciting the VP slot is this season than the Presidential Slot.
And while McCain obviously doesn’t mind being overshadowed by Palin, I’m not sure that Barry’s fragile ego can take having a superstar on the ticket with him.
Surprisingly the most sane decision for the Dems would be for Obama to drop out and have Clinton/Biden vs. McCain/Palin!
Maybe they will announce that Obama has decided that it was more important to go organize the community his brother lives in than run for President at this time.

I encourage everyone to go to YouTube and search : “Biden, Beaver PA rally” - the guy was seriously drunk and Barack and Michelle we’re visibly quite taken aback by it. I don’t blame them and I actually felt bad for them. I’m not currently giving any credence to this vanity but I’d say that Joe Biden could concievably drop out for chronic late stage alcoholism treatment and go off to rehab. The pressure of the campaign and all.
Rudy is a sharp old bird, and if there are rumblings around, I'm sure he's aware of them.

what personal isssues are left that Gov. Palin isn’’t already living thru right now? A newborn baby w/special needs; a son deploying to Iraq next week; and a 17 year old daughter who is five months pregnant. Other than a health or substance abuse issue (and brings the original decision back to Obama’s camp vetting) why couldn’t he be VP?

Total excrement. I do no understand why people believe this stuff. They are saying it about Palin and it’s not true and it is not true about Biden. It would be tantamount to admitting defeat to drop your running mate. If Biden has “personal issues” (and we all know he does), they will spin them, not drop him.
