Dems Call Palin Experience Ad 'Ridiculous' (and which of the 57 states did Obama govern?)
abc news ^ | 9/3/2008 | abc

ABC News' Teddy Davis and Hope Ditto report: A McCain ad contrasting Sarah Palin's experience with that of Barack Obama was called "borderline ridiculous" on Wednesday by a top adviser to the Democratic presidential nominee.

"I think the assertion is borderline ridiculous," said Obama adviser Robert Gibbs. "I mean, look, if executive experience is truly important on the Republican side, maybe she should run for president and John McCain can be her vice president."

"The Republicans, in a meeting on a deck in Sedona . . . took the experience argument out of their repertoire," he added, referring to last week's meeting in Arizona in which McCain offered Palin a spot on the Republican ticket. "It's just silly to make that argument now in any way, shape, or form. . . They're making last week's argument in this week's television ad and if they want to do that, I hope they do it for the next nine weeks."

Obama said yesterday he has more experience than Palin because he is running his campaign.

The MSM is playing this “experience” card not because they really believe she's inexperienced, it's because they didn't get to pick the kind of woman they feel would be acceptable to the highest position any American woman has held.
I have never seen such sexism in the MSM as I'm seeing now and it's not just coming from the little boys in the media.

Dems are coming unglued and their MSM lackeys are giving McCain and Palin more air and print than they are Obambi and Obiden. They just keep on sputering the same sort of tripe. Its so obvious even a caveman....

I'd say being commanding officer of the navy's largest flying squadron would count as "executive experience". I know it can't compare with being a community organizer...

The MSM is claiming that America should be afraid because, “God forbid, she’s just a heartbeat away from the presidency”.
The MSM is working OT from looking like the sexist they are.
:

:

They are scared because they hate conservatives, and she is one heartbeat away. It’s not the “inexperience” they are worried about.

The MSM and the leftoids are only getting started. Wait till the 527 groups starts running ads on Obambi, all the skeletons in his closet..

I'm waiting for the ad that shows him arguing in the IL Senate against the bill that would protect babies that survived abortions - Born Alive Infants Protection Act .

I can hear the voice-over already “Barack Obama thinks that babies born alive during an abortion should not receive medical attention and be left to die”...

Some group has to get an ad like this together and that should be the end of this clown. Of course the ads and Rezko and Ayers would be nice to have on the airwaves also.

Obama tells CNN’s Anderson Cooper on “360” that running his campaign counts as executive experience.
By Lynn Sweet on September 2, 2008 2:06 AM | Permalink | Comments (9)
MINNEAPOLIS—Barack Obama told CNN’s Anderson Cooper on Monday’s edition of “360” that he has more executive experience than Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin. He compares his national campaign organization to Palin’s stint as a mayor of a small town and ignores that she is a governor.

On CNN’s “360” Obama “also countered critics who suggest that he has less executive experience in this situation compared to Alaskan Gov. Sarah Palin saying, “...my understanding is, is that Governor Sarah Palin’s town of Wasilla has, I think, 50 employees. We have got 2,500 in this campaign. I think their budget is maybe $12 million a year. You know, we have a budget of about three times that just for the month. So, I think that our ability to manage large systems and to execute, I think, has been made clear over the last couple of years.

And, certainly, in terms of the legislation that I passed just dealing with this issue post-Katrina of how we handle emergency management, the fact that many of my recommendations were adopted and are being put in place as we speak, I think, indicates the degree to which we can provide the kinds of support and good service that the American people expect.”

This race has transformed since Friday into a

Palin V Obama race

for some reason... :)

Yeah, because that’s respectively who the bases ARE voting for.
