Also, the abuser/ex-husband was not fired. That is true. But Trooper Wooten's supervisor, Walter Monegan was fired by Palin allegedly because Monegan refused to fire Wooten. That is what the investigations in Alaska involving Palin are about.
While I don't like the press getting the information wrong, in this case I don't think their getting it right would be of any greater help to Palin. The outcome of those Alaskan investigations are due on October 31, four days before the election. This really could be a huge problem for McCain's campaign. I'm just saying...

TRUTH IN ADVERTISING, US WEEKLY NEEDS TO COME CLEAN WITH THE PUBLIC, AND TELL THE TRUTH!
That they are a partisan mag, who gives money and supports Democrats on their front page.

Her argument was that Sarah being scrutinized far more than men would ever be. No contest with that. I'll contest that. Women don't always have it worse than men by virtue of their sex alone. Any Republican candidate has always been scrutinized more (and more unfairly) than any Democrat candidate has. If say Pawlenty was the pick instead of Palin we still would be having the same number of press bias conversations IMO.

I wonder how the FCC/Election Commission looks at that type of
conspiracy.

Freepers across the nation and world should block CNN on their cable and satellite boxeds.
Then send emails to CNN telling them that their attacks on the Palin family lead to blocking them on your tv service provider.
Then send copies to the biggest advertisers on CNN.
When our Dish System was installed during the 2000 elections, I had the installer block all CNN channels. 8 years later they are still blocked.

Check out all the comments Thanks for the link. About 12 years ago I was a subscriber to "Working Mother" magazine. They ran an article written by a working mother who had two children and when she gave birth to a third, with Down's Syndrome, she gave her child up for adoption. To focus on her job and healthy children. She portrayed herself as a victim.
I canceled my subscription and never read the magazine again. It was a PR nightmare for the magazine. They had completely misjudged their target audience. I'm amazed to see that it survived.

Rush is talking about this now.
Says that the people at the Excel Center better have reinforced the rafters there, because the attendees will want to tear the roof off the place in support of Governor Palin.

Rush just said this is war against the Washington machine and the Drive-Bys. Rush says they are dropping the experience talking point and now are trying to make her trailer trash to force her off the ticket. RUSH: Well, they'd better have those rafters reinforced tonight at the Convention!

Caught Billy Kristol with Bret Hume last night on Fox News. He was all over this magazine and called it a disgusting new low. Juan Williams looked like a deer in the headlights.
