I hope to see the Democrat party and the Drive By Media just die any ugly death after this election. The depths the scum in their party (the Drive Bys acting as their surrogates) can not be just written off as “politics as usual.” We Conservatives, win or lose, in November must stop this nonsense, once and for all. How about putting them on the spot be revealing their voter registration party affiliation which is public record? What about their contributions to the DNC or candidates or their spouse's making those contributions on behalf of them? In my opinion, it is either that they have set up the media to create a sympathy backlack or they absolutely did not vet this candidate - I see no middle ground on possibilities. They have seemed fairly media-savvy recently, there is no way they couldn’t realize the daughter being pregnant, the recent birth also, would not get wall-to-wall coverage of the worst sort. In fact, this might have greatly influenced her being chosen.

This rumor is nonsense. If the girl is 5 months pregnant and the baby is 7 months old, how could it possibly be true? Yet in view of the utterly stupid move by the Palin family to have the girl and the alleged father at the Republican convention, will cause people to pause and think maybe there is something to it.

I have difficulty relating to parents who expose their teenage daughter to the media frenzy. I would never to that a daughter of mine no matter how disgusted I might be with her behavior. And imagine inviting the guy who got her pregnant to sit with them as if to say, "Look at us." Some people use body art, the Palin used the pregnancy.

This turns the convention into a circus and acts as a distraction. Maybe that is the purpose?

If the lamestream had been doing their jobs and looked into the people that each candidate was considering for veep, they would have seen her baby bump back when Mrs. Palin first met with McCain in February. Because they failed to note her name was being bandied about here on FR and on various other political sites, they got caught with their pants down. You know the Obama camp was not paying attention, only see the ad they put out immediately her name is announced as opposed to the one McCain's people had ready for when Biden was made official.
