Nope. Wish I did. I have a kidney infection. I spent 26 hours in diagnostic hell beginning last Tuesday, finally admitted to the hospital on Wednesday night, released on Friday but only today have spent a few minutes vertically.

I am just getting caught up here on this thread...I read the post re Rush's remarks on Camille Paglia's comments on Gov. Palin. I think I am going to head over to Drudge and see if CP has an article up. I am interested on her take on all of this.

And I agree 100%...w/you about women voters 'wanting' to vote for a women. And most women will note the abuse Palin's daughter is being given...and won't stand for it. Its too easy to see your own daughter in that position and to think how you would react to strangers commenting on her.

As Rush has said (and a whole lot of us FReepers have said) this is going to backfire on the Obamites and the media elites bigtime.

Tom Sawyer and Huck Finn are great books.In a few weeks we are going to take a 'classtrip' to the Mark Twain House in Hartford.

Also going to see the Harriet Beecher Stow house (neighbor of Mark Twain) and a few other sites in Hartford!!

Just got here, but been listening. Did anyone here watch Jindal’s press conferences. I was sitting there yelling “Go Bobby!!!” No political junk, no sound bites, he just bored them with the numbers. He is not only great himself, but he has surrounded himself with a great staff, and an amazing EOC!!!

I had a big discussion with some guys waiting for a script at the VA, you would have been shocked re: how they felt about the children they’ve left behind, didn’t know if they left behind and how they regretted many life decisions in their older age.

Thanks. I am on some heavy-duty antibiotics and, you’re right, I will be better soon. I have a wonderful husband who has been waiting on me 24/7 as well as my older daughter who dropped everything to get me to the ER.

I took my laptop to the ER so I could freep non-stop!
