CNN has been spending a lot of time on this story this afternoon. Even playing Obama’s remarks that the issue shouldn’t be discussed then immediately continuing to replay the same story. Pretty disgusting.

Some blogger at DailyKos posts a 2-year-old picture of a slightly fat teenager, and CNN sends a reporter to investigate whether that teenager is the real mother of the baby the Governor just had?
Is CNN really that stupid to think a Governor could FAKE a pregnancy and birth?
How many reporters did CNN send to investigate whether Obama had gay sex? None, I imagine, even though that is much more likely than a governor faking a pregnancy and birth.
But the first is a male thing, and the 2nd female. Males who run CNN obviously think it’s more important to try to catch a woman lying about giving birth — because they are sexist pigs.
I have to believe Sarah Palin expected this; if not this exactly, she knew she and her family would be under the microscope.
I seriously doubt this is a surprise to her. I expect she is also ready for much more, because she seems to be very realistic.
McCain needs to come out with a statement that criticism of Palin or his family should be no more in depth than it has been for Obama or Biden’s family.
He should come out and say they will not respond anymore to family related questions as per the Clintons policy with Chelsea! And McCain should repeat that her qualifications meet his standards, they can hold him responsible.
Don't play with the Mainstream Media on their terms. Obama has already come out with a statement the media should not be doing what their doing with Palin.
Alaskans are tough folks...those reporters better watch their selves...there are killer bears, mooses and all sorts of happenings...that can easily lead to death. That's a very different and tough country and weaklings don't have much of a chance of survival...one must be very careful.

It is absurd and ridiculous how anxious the main stream press is to jump all over a 17 year old girl who is supposed to be ‘off limits from the press’ because of ‘family privacy’ yet refuses to investigate or even mention Obama’s connections to Frank Davis, Mike Klonsky, William Ayers, Bernardine Dohrn, Tonny Rezko....etc

The effort to smear Palin with the pregnancy of her daughter is going to blow any credibility that the media might have had investigating the “troopergate” scandal.
Even Kos posted today that there appears to be no evidence that Palin faked the pregnancy.

All these adults attacking a young woman who got pregnant out of wedlock should be ashamed of themselves. As my mother used to tell us...”Never spit up in the air.” These people have families too and they never know what one of their kids, grand kids or great grandkids or neices, nephews will do either.
