It was, more or less, an open secret. And everyone was saying the same thing: the governor's 17-year-old daughter is pregnant, the father is her boyfriend, and it's really nobody's business beyond that.
I happen to agree.

God knows enough of our own kids and families have screwed up their lives or had babies before they got married.
Good for him.
Mary, the lesbian daughter also had a child out-of-wedlock
Mary was an adult...and much older than Palin’s daughter...Palin’s underage daughter.
Good for him.
That’s actually a pretty nice article that makes the Palin’s look good.
Surprisingly good article. Thanks for posting it.
Keep on wishful thinking...lol
The whole family could use some prayers. I know I could.
Theres a rumor that her boyfriend is 29? Anyone know if thats true?
No, it’s not. He is maybe 18, 19?
Thank goodness some a__hat in a chatroom claims the father is 29.
I hope not. That’s what I’m afraid of, what’s going to come out about the boyfriend.
I have never heard of Nathan Thornburgh before, but I will watch for him in the future. This is a very well written piece and he has a real “ear” for people.
Are you sure that’s him??

“Look mama!”
“Don’t touch the lower 48 reporters, dear, they might bite.”
“Like a grizzly?”
“Yes, but their bite is much more infectious than a grizzly’s.”
so the left basicly KNEW the mother covering for daughter was fake but let this slide.
Makes you wonder what establishment times leaked this and what type of human scum think keeping the baby and getting married is a bad thing.
If you’re saying the election should still revolve around policy choices, and that McCain’s policies could be better, I agree. On the other hand, I’m not sure what you’re saying “real conservatives” don’t support: of course “real conservatives” don’t favor unwed pregnancy, but I know of no conservative principle violated when, under the circumstances, parents such as the Palins (and Dobson) actually want a family built rather than torn apart.
I found the photo, too. Not hard to do, if you know how to do research. But I won’t post it here. It will probably become public knowledge soon enough.
Your preacher makes a good point.
You’re welcome.
