THE DEMOCRATS BETTER NOT SAY A F-----G THING!!! When Clinton was getting his Lewinsky's, all the Democrats said, MOVE ON!!! It's only sex! The Democrats better keep their mouths shut on this!

Liberals think they can say whatever they want. They have no values or morals so they are immune from anything and everything. I can hear the cackling and the laughter by the leftists already.

LOL. Really! I was 4 months pregnant when I got married. He just celebrated his 24th birthday & I’m still married to his dad. And quite happily as a matter of fact.

People need to MTODB. This isn’t the end of the world. The sky’s not falling. This will work itself out & everyone will be just fine. Well except for the RATS who will lose in November courtesy of the McCain/Palin ticket.

I thought it was simply a lousy vetting process. Instead, its a major blunder by McCain. WOW!

Hey, did you refuse to vote for Reagan because of the inexcusable behavior of his children? Huh, did you? Get over it.

The Conservative Website Reaction is Extremely Important. The GOP needs to know we are still in total support of Sarah Palin. Her daughter's pregnancy is a private family matter and will have nothing to do with running the country. PLEASE don't let the left cause a negative reaction here. They want nothing more than for Sarah to step down. DON'T LET IT HAPPEN. A major difference between them and us is that their candidate would be punished with a grandchild; our's will be Blessed with a grandchild.

I agree. Some of the reaction here is disturbing. I mean, really. Get a grip. It's a private family thing, it's not as if Palin was caught doing something illegal, or had an affair. Her daughter had sex, and got pregnant. It's being dealt with in a positive way, and it's nobody's business.

Anyone making an issue out of a VP candidates pregnant daughter is an idiot. Plain and simple.

Not sure if you are aware, but there are a lot of idiots in this country. It will be a big issue.

This makes Palin even more real and down to earth than the phony ticket on the left.

Sarah is not running for sainthood, nor is her daughter. I doubt if most of here could say they never sin. As Jesus said whoever is without sin, should cast the first stone.

We just want someone who shares out values, tries to live a good life, and can run the government.

So far Sarah sounds like she has more common sense than Obama and Biden put together.

If you really think the American people are going to be fooled by the folks who carried for Bill Clinton, John Edwards, Jesse Jackson, Antonio Villaraigosa, Kwame Kilpatrick, Ted Kennedy, Gerry Studds, Barney Frank and Jim McGreevey, you need to take a deep breath.

This will be a non-issue.

the road to Roe was paved by feminism ...and early by Civil Rights and Privacy precedence

not really a Dem or GOP issue so much at that time

but once it became apparent the infanticide it unleashed, the GOP took the lead in opposing it

Harry Blackmun was a lifelong Republican.

Forget the moonbats. They Don’t Matter. Their votes were never available. It’s the moderate independent women whose votes can be peeled off by a woman if she stays away from extremist rhetoric. She doesn’t need to wave her arms in the air and talk about how Jesus tells her not to have abortions. She can stand up and say exactly what she has — that they will daughter their daughter and grandchild and encourage the young couple, just like millions of other mothers have done before.

I totally agree with you. the hardcore leftists are irrelevant. normal dems are who are potential mccain/palin voters. this is a real life occurrence that many can relate to, an unwed pregnancy/shotgun wedding. also demonstrates their prolife values again. I see it as a net plus, but wish the poor kid didn't have to have her business all splayed out on the media stage.

I agree. I think Palin should step down.

Its not her fault, its McCain’s dumb decision to go forward when he knew about the pregnancy. This wasn’t a matter of a poor vetting process.

This is a matter of poor judgment by McCain.

NO....if they’d announced this WITH the nomination announcement, Sarah Palin’s experience, etc....would have been lost in the fury over THIS.....they got a good 3 days of Sarah alone without THIS....and THIS will die down soon.....seems to me this makes the Palin family MORE normal.

Isn’t it interesting how the party of privacy, freedom and abortion rights, watches like necroscopes for pure babies and wonder aloud if ‘it’ will grow. They’re like Molech.

You would think the teenager getting pregnant would give her lib points... but no, she would have to get an abortion. Still no good. Then it will be finger-pointing, look what they did... the moral majority. You would think with the anti-messiahs faith explosion sacrifice would be taught and the narrow way versus the quick, easy, non-responsible, wide way. They don’t get that churches aren’t for the perfected, but are hospitals for the sick.
How can you have free will but not expect consequences for actions?

Meanwhile Edwards and others are considered studs, cool and with it.

If they thought more of themselves and thought before wanting honorary male status, sleeping all over the place.

Question: Have you ever heard one of them (media, blogs, etc.), say anything about Obama’s dad being married already... before he met Stanley Ann; her getting pregnant before they were married (allegedly, no certificate, which is moot, he was married already); they his dad going on to marry at least two more times dropping kids along the way?

Exactly.

Meanwhile, when even those who can’t stand Hillary on the right saw how she was treated early on... there was silence on the left. No slamming of the ubersexist Matthews and Olbermann (and others). They took what they did and sucked it up and will vote like they want and be silent. What else is new from the ‘feminists’. Honor killing, silence; stoning, hanging, acid on faces, silence; Rapes, sex traffic, child brides, silence.

My daughter didn’t plan on getting pregnant. I believe the order was get drunk, get laid, get pregnant. There may have been more to it, but she was living in South Carolina while my wife was in California and I was doing a remote in Korea.

She married the father and they now live about 20 miles from us. The split was because they said they couldn’t talk to us unless we agreed that what they did was completely moral and acceptable - and we wouldn’t. I cannot change my belief or the Bible to match my daughter’s opinions. And in time, her opinions changed.
