He can be on the ticket with Palin in 2012.

OMG, Shep on, and he is wearing another Fox News baseball cap.

I lost count of the caps he lost during Katrina.

How often the world is paradoxical. We went with the old guy for our candidate this year, and he’s perfectly teed up our next generation of leadership. Palin/Jindal will be just about perfect.

Was just trying to do what you just did: start a thread on what an amazing press conference he just gave--explaining how forces to help potential victims are being--and have already been--marshalled.

What a contrast to the former ditzy governor. And what a future Presidential contender he might be!

ROFL! I was thinking the same EXACT thing. I couldn’t believe it (kind of like Deja-vu.)

I agree with the OP on Jindal, I am very impressed with him. It is a sharp contrast from that pathetic gov they had during Katrina.

Like I said:

Palin-Jindal 2012 (or 2016).

The successful evacuation this time around further highlights the breakdown of the local leadership during Katrina.

I heard “The One” commenting on the hurricane and he said “Listen to Mayor Nagin”, no mention of the man calling the shots Gov. Jindal.

Jindal is most impressive. Quite a difference in his leadership and that of Mary Blanco. Nobody will notice though, except us here on FR.

It won’t be mentioned by the MSM either.

Jindal will be the perfect VP choice for Sarah Palin in 2012.
