Why would anyone assume that a web adress they had never visited before would take them to a place they want?
Just because it has Obamas name in it does not mean that it would be his site or supportive of him.
You visit the site if its not what you want then leave and go somewhere else. is this hard ofr these people to grasp?

As for websites including the names of John McCain and Sarah Palin, the McCain campaign seems to have snapped them up, possibly to protect the Republican candidates against a similar ploy.
So how can a guy become President and deal with the Russians when he can't even assemble a team to reserve the usual domain name suspects.
