Category Five Hurricane Sarah "Barracuda" Palin made landfall in Dayton Ohio August 29. Shortly before noon yesterday, memories of the ostentatious Obamathon were hazy at best, as worldwide attention turned toward the Big Storm.
Current position is 30º to the right of Mike Huckabee, moving at a comfortable speed toward Pennsylvania and Missouri over the weekend. Next week, Sarah is scheduled to make landfall again in the Twin Cities of Minnesota.
Donations to assist with the Hurricane Sarah/McCain campaign totaled an alarming $3 million yesterday.
All Democratic Party interests should rush to completion their preparation for catastrophic damage to the Obama campaign.
LOL!
You'll have to move to the Obama camp to get a FEMA card. I've heard it's unpleasant there these days.
As Hurricane Sarah moves in unexpected paths across the country, it’s predicted there will be multiple tornados embedded within the storm; those spirals will result in raising the grassroots from their apathetic slumber:)
I can hardly wait for the debates. Imagine what Sara will do to Joey “the mouth” Biden after they discuss the issue of abortion. Of course the moderators will not EVEN go there, but hopefully it will come up.
She is a budget hawk like Washington has not seen in the last 50 years.
And the South. Obama bin Biden is not a candidate that will resonate in the South, and McCain only marginally so. Sarah Barracuda -- who is as far "north" as one can get, and still be an American! -- shares all of those Southern values that drive voters to the polls: family, guns, smart energy policy, defense, guns, pro-life, smart tax policies, etc. (Yes, I know I wrote "guns" twice.)
the perfect budget hawk - a mom who has had to shop for her own groceries! gotta love that kind of scrutiny!
I posted in another thread that, the first time Biden even gets close to suggesting that "defective" babies such as Sarah's should be "choiced" (aka murdered), Sarah will hand him his ass.
She lowered the Wasilla resident’s property taxes by 60% and still balanced the budget. The Dems tried a recall vote over it, which angered the residents and they would have no part of it.
They love her there and here.
was=way
LOL! Yes, she’ll hand him his ass, his wallet and his comb-over in an economic-prosperity hand basket.
I hope she can bring a torrential downpour of common sense to my home state of Pennsylvania.
We’re currently in a drought here.
Here’s a hurricane we can actually look forward to!
Yes, I watched BOR for a short while, (I cannot tolerate his mouth any longer). I would love her being on his show and watching him cringe when she rips him to the core.
wonderful thread NautiNurse.. thinking of you & others in the south, once again with prayers for safety
NautiNurse......we need T-Shirts that use your slogan!
I’m a Hockey Mom.
Puck Obama!
“I havent been this excited in a long time for a republican. The last time I felt like this election day in 2000 and voting for bush the first time! I dont see Palin leaving me feeling empty the way bush did though.”
The last time I felt like this?
hmmm...I was keeping track of “exit polls” during the last presidential election.
I was very depressed at the prospect of a Kerry administration.
And THEN as the returns came in it was a beautiful thing.
But this is even better.
We have a rising star here.
We can gloat over this for years.
The VP debate moderator is Gwen Ifill. Focus is on domestic and foreign policy.
WHEE HAW!
What a great analogy
