My first vote was for Reagan. I'm 4 years older than Palin and am ecstatic over McCain's VP choice.
I was overjoyed he picked a conservative. Gender didn't even come into my thoughts.
Conservatives are truly the party without labels. Ideology is what matters. All people that love freedom need to get behind this ticket.
There were already quiet a few democrats that I knew that were voting for McCain. And almost all would have voted for Hillary. They just don’t think Obama has the experience and a plan to be president.
Today, a lot of those folks (including many democratic women) were estatic about McCain and Palin. My work place was buzzing all day today. By McCain announcing at noon, it got a lot of play in the halls across the workplaces of America. I guess Obama got some buzz from those up at 3am last Saturday!
As conservatives, we can work to create Palin Democrats just as we created Reagan Democrats in the late 1970s. Those disaffected Hillary voters are a base to start with. We’re back in the game.
Spaceship?I love it.LOL
Hilary Clinton proved to me she is one tough woman and ran circles around the empty suit Obama in every debate. Palins acknowledgment of Senator Clinton was recognition of that.
btt
After watching the VP announcement, all I can say is wow.
Palin is impressive.
What a life story. Such real people.
McCain you did great today! Happy birthday !
Yes.
You’ll be happy to know that today after hearing the news I rushed to WalMart and bought some of that window paint for car windows and proudly wrote on the back glass of my SUV McCain/Palin ‘08 “You go girl”
I couldn’t wait for the sticker.LOL

[snip] “I thought, ‘Get over yourself!’ I had literally written out a check to the Obama campaign. And then I saw him in front of an evangelical group in Anaheim,” he said. Before Rick Warren at the Saddleback Civil Forum, both Obama and McCain defined marriage as a union between a man and a woman. “I thought, ‘Wow! He just threw the gay community under the bus,’ “ Colichman said. “My partner looked over at me, and we tore up the check.” [end]

In some peoples eyes she is......she is the future of the conservative movement.
Thank you! That’s exactly it.
When Sarah praised Geraldine and Hillary, the Dems musta regressed into a fetal position.
Wait till Sarah does a PR blitz-—and actually meets w/ G and H——Obama and the Dems will be sucking-up valium and vodka and assorted mind-bending aids like it was 2000-2004 all over again.
Now, maybe she can tell *convince* McCain to DUMP Juan Hernandez.
Good idea:
Send a message to GOV SARAH PALIN:

I heard some pundit say the Palin pick was nice “but nobody goes to the polls just to vote for the vice president.”
I said, “Oh, yeah? Watch me.”
Has anyone found out yet what Sarah thinks of the AMNESTY Bill etc ????
Any comment last year ????
You're right.
